Animal Jam Parent Tools

The only way to reset is to tell WildWorks to send it to my email and reset it. On the app, it says an unknown error was occurred. It is a long lasting bug that appeared many months ago, Plus, this app is not updated for approximately 2 years and 9 months. Please Wildworks, if you didn't fix this, I'll just use the website instead.

It keeps saying 'an unknown error has occurred'. It looks like a great app but i forgot my password to my email and it will not let me send the password to my email. Please help, i would love to try this out in future when this bug (if this bug) is fixed. If it isnt a bug and you know the problem, please tell me. Edit: Thanks!! I found it and I am finally on! Hi there!, I'm submitting an rate 2 for it!, As the app isn't even available for you to change your email or passwords, it's a big problem to everyone who's plays animal jam, I lost all my access to the email that's connected to my accounts, and I lost one account on ajpw I don't remember it's password, I would really want that account back with the app running again, if you could try get it updated and running smoothly and better security which could help with people getting in, Thanks!.

Hello! This is a great app, but one problem. Whenever my child tries to log in they have to enter their password and they forgot it, and then when they tried to press "Forgot password?" it said invalid Email, so I went to reset it myself, but it said "An unknown error has occured." I know that's not just because it said incorrect Email when my child tried resetting, cause other people have had it happen, too. If you could fix this glitch, my child would be overjoyed! Thank you for reading this.

It's easy to use, and I can control my account, I just with that there were more features, and you can equipped more than 2 accounts to 1 email. Overall it's good, just needs some improvements.

This is such a quick and easy way to access the parent profile! I've always had to search it up on google and my internet can be quite slow but this is just an amazing app! It's completely the same as the web version and password reset emails come in seconds! I'm very impressed with this app and I want to say a huge thank you for finally releasing this

Yes it's helpful for enabling and disabling stuff on kids accounts. My only problems with the app are that it is a very slow app and my internet is always at four bars, and on certain options the exit button will not work so I have to exit out of the entire app. But besides that it works fine

Okay, so I use to use this App all the time, for my Animal Jam accounts. However, recently during the last 3 months or so, I have been experiencing issues such as, the inability to change my account passwords and account email. Whenever I attempt to do so, I am given an "Error Occurred" messaged. Now, I have to constantly click the "I Forgot My Password" tab or go to the Animal Jam Help Center to change my account email. I should not have to do this, please update this App for better use.

Do not recommend at all! I sent a request to ajhq, and they sent me back an email that does not help at all! I sent another request, a different one and they sent back the exact same email, which means that my request is not being read at all! It's obviously just meant to keep us busy. Don't get this app, it's completely useless! Reporting does absolutely nothing in the game, I thought that sending the username of a scammer could get something done about it! Well clearly not! Disappointed!

It is ok but i can't even experience it i will try again and if i works i will change my rating but it won't let me enter my email every time i do that it always says that the email doesn't exist. Probably because you have to log in without creating a account to log into so you have a the log into a account that doesn't exist until your inside of it despite the fact that it doesn't exist and you can log into any ways i am confused.

Whenever i try to get in the game, i always get stuck at the green part. I exit the game, set a timer for 5 mins and wait. AND STILL doesn't work. i have a samsung galaxy tab E and im not sure if its suppoesd to work for them. so if its just me ok. Or if its a real bug please fix it. PLEASE i would really like to manage my account.

Ah yes, I only downloaded this app cause I've seen it's the only way to change your password and I recently forgot mine. Everytime I type in a new password, it tells me there's a error. This is just down right dumb. I've seen many other people in the the reviews with problems too. Until this is fixed, I recommend ignoring it's existence

It's always been really helpful, but right now I'm unable to change my password (I'm over 13 and control my own account). Every time I try to change it, it says there's an issue or error. I've never encountered this before. Just today. Dk if it's a "just right now" thing or a lot reoccurring issue so I'll try again later...

Like with most of your apps, I'm dissatisfied. I was really looking forward to this app as it would be very convenient having it on my phone, but it won't even let me log in. The app opens great, but as soon as I type in my email and password it just loads then does nothing.

So far, the beginning screen looks nice! The one problem is, my mother can't login to her account.... She tried to reset her password, but she didn't get the message/email. So, she can't login. If you know how to fix this, please tell me. Edit: She fixed it! Thank you :)

It's a good app! But I have an issue where I can't log into this app again and I still know the password and my mom's email, but when I type it, it says "does not match our record" and "can't find an account with that email". And now I can't use it at all and it's now error. when I type the email, it doesn't pop out the "does not match our record" and "can't find an account with that email" which is makes me worrier. I hope you can fix this 🙏🙏🙏

Impossible! They scam me into buying a '1 off' package with recurring payments that are impossible to cancel. Parent tool doesn't work - it won't send me a new password to log in. I tried to contact them but it goes nowhere. Meanwhile $7 a month in charges. Avoid!!!

this comes in very handy but there is a few bugs and issues here and there. these arent really things that will get in the way of your business. i do recommend getting it since it loads quickly even if i have bad connection at times.

This app is a waste of time. I got it to change my email, however it kept saying an unknown error has occurred. If you fix this I'd give it 5 stars . I've already sent a ticket numerous times

Well, I am giving this app a 1 star because every time I try to go on it, well, it just shows a green screen. I tried restarting my device, but it doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's my device but please fix this, thank you. Once it is fixed I will change my rating :)

i entered the right email, and then i tried entering everything i know for the password, and then i tried clicking "forgot your password", it tells me to enter my email again, i did but it keeps saying that an unknown error has occured, ive tried a lot of times and the same thing still happens, i really want to manage my aj/pw account. please.

The app was wonderful, all the settings were easy and fast to use, However the developers need to add a timer for when a person Is suspended or etc. I hope you find to this and take this to consideration. Thank you and goodbye.

I've forgotten what password I had set for this app and it said I could just have a new one sent to me via email but evertime I try to have it send me one it just keeps saying "an unknown error has occurred" and won't let me do anything else. This is really disappointing because this app seems like it would be good to help manage my kids AJ account but it won't even let me into the app which means my kid can't have free speech in animal jam which is making her not have has much fun.

I have been trying to reset my parent account from last year and cannot through the system. Saw a similar note in the reviews from another person and the AJ team sent them to the help pages which tells us to hit the reset password button that does not work. Currently in a do loop that is going nowhere.

Very very glitchy, didnt even try it out yet, I cant sign in with the CORRECT parent email, it says that it doesn't match your records, why though? Fix this issue and let me log in WITH THE EMAIL THAT IM USING FOR MY KID. The animal jam app is safe and good, but this?- fix it. Anyways I'm going to see the website.

i thought the whole point was if you forgot your password but you need to enter the password to get into the account with this app and with ajpw only starred so i could post this

Bad service. I followed the steps to report the unknown error. Got a ticket number but no response or solution. Waist of time. I canceled my childs membership cause month after month a new problem to solve. As I read the reviews of other people they also struggle with the same problem.
