I purchased the unlocked version to remove adds. Adds were removed when logged in under my account, but remained in Kids Mode (which, of course, is why it is being used. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem remained. Refund requested through Google Play. Also, the link to contact the developer in Google Play email does not work, and I can't find a website via a search
the puzzles are good and when selecting which puzzle you want is says the animals name and makes the animals noise. I gave it 2 stars because there is always an ad on the bottom of the screen which of course a toddler will press and most of the time to back and next buttons dont work after you complete a puzzle.
My 3 year old enjoys the puzzles but I've previously purchased the full version/no ads, and now am not able to restore it on my tablet and new phone...I have tried numerous times, reinstalled the app, even tried purchasing again but nothing works. Quite disappointing because my son has gone through all the free puzzles and now can't use the ones I've previously paid for...
The puzzle itself is good. But as an improvement , The UI should be made consistent such that becomes intuitive. E.g in the home screen it is swiping for navigating but in the next screen it an arrow button which is used for navigating. This have to be made easy
Simple puzzles, the few dollars it cost to remove the ads is worth it. Pleasant music and sound effects. My 3 year old seems to enjoy it. The free version is very annoying with the ad.
It's a great puzzle but there's a glitch in my app. After completing an animal puzzle, none of the buttons worked. The next button, back button and home button. Had to cancel the whole app and reopen to play again.
This a great puzzle app. So simple and easy to use. Lovely animals and the bubbles at the end are fun. Normal advertisement but great quality for free. I might pay for the full one because there are a lot of cool locked animals
I purchased this app for my daughter as she loves completing the puzzles and popping the bubbles at the end. While initially I was happy with my purchase, I am now annoyed. Despite being purchased through my play store account (via my phone) the purchase does not transfer to a tablet with the same account. I emailed the company through the email they provided in comments to other unhappy customers and still have no heard back week later.
Its Great. But can you guys make the game pronounce out loud again what the animals' names are after they managed to finish the puzzles? It would be more impactful in helping them remember the animal names effectively. Make this happen in your next update. I have paid for full version. One more. Please put some sounds of a person (man or woman is fine either way) declaring out loud & clear the exclamation "Good Job!" or "Well Done!" or "Good" or "Great" or "Excellent!" After finishing puzzles!
An ad pops up every board and every time you change categories. Several locked puzzles for purchase which a toddler doesn't understand. My son loves the game but get frustrated by the constant ads. Deleting the app.
The game is good , my baby liked it... The reason I am giving it an ok review is because I kept trying to purchase the premium version and I was unable to, and to get dinosaurs you have to, my baby kept asking for dinosaurs and I had to go to another app.
Removed ads and the app was great, I switched devices and the ads are back. There is no way to restore purchase and when I try to buy again it says I already own it. If it was resolved I'd give this 5 because it is a great app and my daughter loves it.
I unlocked the Dinosaur puzzles and my son still can not play it. It shows still locked and when I try to open it it says I have to buy it and if I try that it says I already paid for it so every time my 3 year old opens it to play it he ends up crying over the dinosaur puzzles that I bought but he can't play not happy
Decent puzzles but the no ads upgrade failed on tablet. Toddler keeps clicking ads!! Can't find help in app to solve the problem. Dev please contact me and get rid of the ads and I'll change my rating.
Fun to play but unable to restore no-ads purchase on another device. Make sure you purchase this on the device you want to use for a long time.
already bought in app, but after changing the cellphone with the same Gmail account, there are still ads and can't remove ads. edit : I have sent an email since January 1, but there was no response. so here's how the developer takes income from the buyer.
Ads are too in the way for little kids. They constantly mess it up. EDIT: problem is that I can't tell whether it will be a hit because it's unplayable. Give me 30 minutes ad-free and I could decide whether I want to pay for it.
the puzzles work but once you finish them nothing works and you have to close the app and reopen it everytime you finish a puzzle which is every 20sec with my daughter. Trash app. DO NOT INSTALL.
After reset my phone, and login with same account, the adds back And when I tried to buy it again, the message said I already have the items, please fixed this, because so many people have same issue
The ads are situated in a place where kids are bound to continue pressing it and interrupting their game experience, not knowing how to then get back to their game. Otherwise my child loves it.
It would load in but just as my child chose their puzzle it would make us load in again, I thought it could of been a glitch but happened every time unable to play needless to say that I have a very unhappy toddler.
My son loves puzzles and dinosaurs very few apps have both. I never bye anything on apps. However, this one is ao worth it , it just offers sp much and variety of puzzles, animals and much more
Bug: Puzzle pieces go missing and can't complete puzzle. You also cant touch the screen with more than one finger, otherwise you can't move any pieces
My niece likes it but sometimes gets annoyed because she cant pop all of the bubbles. The adverts are a bit confusing for her too as she has trouble closing them.
really happy with this this really entertains my little boy it calms him down when he has his tantrums he's learning so well and so quickly with doing the puzzles he even prefers to do the hard puzzles over the easy ones and hes only two he gets so excited each time he completes a puzzle it really helps with hes socialising and form of communication with him barely saying any words yet brilliant app
I purchased this. new phone doesnt register it. please fix. it will not allow me to purchase again, and the ads are not removed. it's been over a week from my first report of this via email. I need this fixed
My niece loves it. Has been playing it for years. Love the child safety features to prevent purchases. The addl fee to access all puzzles is very reasonable.
Downloaded this app on both of my sons tablets. One tablet had to be factory reset to fix a glitch. Now I can't restore the purchase on the tablet. Which is disappointing cause my sons loves this app and the dino section is has. I have sent an email to the developer but have not back yet
My nephews love this game but since I changed my phone, they can't play all the different animal types and the adverts keep playing even though I've previously purchased the game. I've tried uninstalling and restarting my phone, but nothing seems to work.
