Animator: Make Your Cartoons

You should have atleast say somthng about the app relaunched to picsart animator before we downloaded, i mean if im using wifi, i dont mind at all. But some people dont hve wifi and have to use data,eventho isnt tht much use of data,imagine you only have 30MBleft on your data, and apparently you wasted your 28MB on not working app at all. And you expect 2MB left to last another few days, let along a day.

i used it time ago and really liked it. its a good animator app.

This app DOESNT WORK. You open it up and all it is is a pop up to download a DIFFERENT app. I have no idea in Hell how its still getting good reviews. I wish I could a picture, but Ill at least be reporting this as a fraud. Data is too limited and expensive to waste downloading 30 MB ADVERTISEMENTS

NOT LETTING ME USE IT I couldn't use it. It just told me that there was a better version of it. I couldn't get out of the thing that popped up about the better version. Sooooo I got the better version and yet I don't really like it. And I REALLLY want to try the first version. Plz write back and tell me why you didn't put any x's or anything to close the pop up thing.

Doesn't work, read all the reviews, this is a broken app that only let's you use it once and then you are forced to lose all your work and upgrade to the new version which doesn't find your fingers as they state on the description. Many people have wasted hours on this....reporting dev/app for false advertisement.

Fantastic. User friendly and very powerful tool (although i didn't even realize there was a layers tool until i wrote this review like months later lol). As others have mentioned, generating a gif does not work. I am terrible at animating so this is good for practice. It would be cool if there was a built in public gallery thing so you can share your animations with others who also have the app (that way I can see other people's animations and be sad at how pathetic mine are compared to theirs). Great app👍

I love this app honestly but I do have a few requests for you to change in order for a 5 star. I wish you could tilt and turn the page while drawing because I like to be able to turn it sideways, upside down, or just slightly sideways. Having it completely straight is hard to draw with and complex also I really with the drawing pencil was a bit sharper it just doesn't look very nice other then that I absolutely love the app!

I simply wanted to make an animation. I spent 5 minutes hunting a good app. I waited another minute or so waiting for it to download. It then a storage pop up. I'm on a wired phone so I had to restart. Another minute. All that for a pop up saying "HEY B**** YOU CAN'T USE THIS APP! GO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER!" I tried to squeeze through it but nothing I tried worked. I then surrendered and got the other app. I restarted twice and it didn't work. That whole procces altogether took around 10 minutes. Thanks for that waste of time!

This new one is just plain Awful this one was the best one plus it wasnt to bright so it wouldn't hurt the eyes and it so much easier to get the right paint brush not its much harder for some people (like me), From the best animation app to the worst im just sad it turned this way.

I'm so disappointed. The first few minuets I had this app was phenomenal! So easy to move, so fun, I loved it! After making one projectnit dorected me to a new app which was PicArt Animator. I wanted desperately to continue. Why allow people to download it if your not gonna let us use it? I want to go back to the amazing app I know love.

I've been animating on this app for a while now and then it just stops working each time I try to save a animation to my gallery it freezes and it stops Woking... I check to see if it saved to NY gallery and it didn't... Please fix this problem!

I would have rated it in negative points if possible. It doesn't deserve even 1 star. When I opened the app it said " we have relaunched as Pics Art Animator. Download it now". I mean what the ***k. If you are relaunched then why this app is still here.

This app is not working and they have shifted it to another app. After you install it they will show a notification saying that a new app have to be installed. So practically this app is useless and just directs us to intall another app. Developer should stop showing this app in the playstore. Don't be hungry for downloads Mr developer.

This is rediculas!!!!! Okay it was perfection it would have been 5 stars so I worked all week on one animation it was perfect I was so proud it was my first animation and I loved it... But then I saved it and went out the app I can back to click on it ... it won't work!!! Then I'm panicking so u go to the comments to see if this has happened to anyone else. And to my luck it has and you say to clear space and so I was so I delete half my photos and all my videos and all my games to get it to work. It didn'

The pic art app it directs you to is terrible. I make an animation and when i proof test it it ruins all the frames. A complete waste of time

I love this it's very easy to use and it's just awesome, I've never been able to animate so easily. I highly recommend using this app to animate.

I love the app so much but I can't download my animations whenever I download it as gif it gives me an error and when I use video 1i can't send it to anyone or blog it ect. 2it says that I downloaded it like 2 hours later. I would just like some help on this "error".

This app is so bad, when you download it, it needs you to download somethig else once you do that you dont have space for your animations so you deletes stuff and its doesnt work

Probably the best animator on the Play Store. There are no ads or in app purchases. EDIT: it won't let me use it and it is blocking me from using it because of an ad for their "next big thing" that's unclosable. And it couldn't even let me open any of my projects.

You should take this off if you want us to install another app. That's just as bad. I will stick to rough Animator

It good and it works, but I only made one animation because now when I try to animate, I can't. When I'm trying to draw, sometimes it just messes and moves the picture and it also zooms. IDK why but overall this app is pretty good.

I LOVE IT SO MUCH but then i dont know what happened but i cant save them as gifs anymore :( please help

The app just wants you to install another app which I didn't want to install, but you can't close it so I couldn't use the app, I would've rated 0 if I could cos there was no way to use it

When i try to save my animation to my gallery, it comes out all glitchy and distorted, so if you want to use this app for youtube, just forget it, it'll waste your time

WORST APP EVER. I was making a video and it told me to go on this stupid app called Pics art. I don't recommend downloading this.

Spam app that does not allow usage. Just gives you a link for another app. Why does google allow such junk. Do not install and do not trust them.

I like this app a lot except that whenever I try to export something as GIF, the app crashes. I can export as videos, but that's not the same. Otherwise the editor is great.
