so I downloaded the app, I payed the 4.99 for a month and it allowed me to use up to 300 photos. I spent all the time uploading 73 images and creating the video. I downloaded the video and at the end they use their logo in the video! I didnt pay for a plus account so you can advertise in my video. this app also doesnt allow you to not use music and there is no way to slow down or speed up the slides. it goes through the photos way to fast and it's just not worth it. sorry but not worth it!

1. A lot of cosmetic changes can be done on the look an feel. Overall navigation needs a lot of improvement. 2. A lot of lag while selecting photos. This is one of frustrating reason why I am not going to renew my subscription. 3. Paid subscription just for selling styles and video length is not justified. Most of the styles does not even work properly. Add value to money/paid memberships. 4. While the tutorials say I can add videos to projects, the fact is I cannot. Major setback.

Terrible themes. The photos are rushed through the very short video. I took the time to make one and downloaded it into saved videos on the app. I clicked on the video once downloaded and YOU CAN'T EVEN SHARE THE VIDEO I hit the back button without making changes to the video and it asked if I wanted to save, I clicked no and it took me back and the video was completely gone. There are so many video making apps that I've tried and this is truly the WORST APP!

Once you apply a style to a video you can't take it off completely to not use a "style". Each and every style I tried (about 6 styles) cropped my photos. Wouldn't allow me to crop any of my photos before adding to the video. And during the trial, which I didn't go beyond, it adds "animoto trial" in wording onto your video. Not an app for me.

I have been using animoto for a few yrs for my business and it has been great right up until the latest android os update released recently. The app works fine except for when you download to your phone it don't save in the animoto album as always. It just disappears. Please fix this so I can do my adds. Thanks.

One of my favorite apps since 2011. Love how easy it is to create videos on any gadgets from computer to mobile phones. Great choice of free templates, adding of photos, videos and love the possibility of direct sharing to Youtube but even better downloading a video to your computer. The only downside is that the uploaded video in Educator's free version cannot be longer than 10 seconds, but I cut and edit easily. I am sure PRO version has it all. The creators have invested a lot in upgrading through the years. So, if you are an educator like myself you will have Animoto as one of your top 10 tools. I have certainly suggested it to many of my colleagues.

UNFORGIVING and WASTED MY TIME! Nice app but once u produce it, it doesnt allow u to make changes. And the preview video cannot go into fullscreen mode. Which makes text too small to do spelling and grammar checks. Again. Nice app but UNFORGIVING TO POST PRODUCTION MISTAKES. Cannot rectify the mistakes.

Worst experience ever. It's response time is very poor. The site is not at all responding. It crashes every second. You can't even make a video. It took 3 hours to make 2 slides of an video. I advice all to never use this app.

It is an excellent app for creating lovely video memories. The only thing I want the developers is to let the users add more photos, as currently we can only add upto 20 photo's.... I hope we get it fixed and done in the next update... Love this amazing application

Is there any technical issue going on regarding to the app??? I opened the app for making video and now nothing is taking place no photos additio , no song no nothing.I tried to logout and login then it is showing error we are unable to logged in u right now plz try again later and I tried it after 24 hrs still showing the same.I uninstalled and installed it but still nothing's changed.I really loved this app back in a day previous time was in Jan when I created a video but now I'm disappointed.

Best quick app to design n have cool effects. But even paid version gives 640X480 quality which is just useless with pixels. Image gets compress very much. They ask to pay more just to download in higher quality.Non realistic pricing.

I can't access my videos in progress from the mobile app. I started creating them from my Chromebook but want to add pics easily from my phone pics and cannot. I can only access previously published videos or create a new one.

love this app. you can choose to hide animoto branding with professional version. it gives a broad range of control while still being efficient to create a short video. two thumbs up!

This has been an awesome tool to keep parents updated on things we have been doing in our classroom! I love that I can choose various backgrounds, formats, & music!

I have updated to plus account and my amount has be debited and even subscription is not given to me. And not even able to get in touch with any customer care people. This is just a scam.

I made two videos and they both don't have the entirety of the photos I chose for my review video. I payed for premium & still it doesn't include all photos. How can I rectify this problem? I wuld like a refund if the app does not do what it says it does

Very poor service. I purchased an upgraded version and it has been more than a week now and never get a resolution from them. Takes forever for them to respond. Looks like i just got scammed. 0/10 rating.

So blessed I was turned to your site. I had a heartbreaking video I had to make, which I have never done before, and your site made it very easy and it played beautifully and transferred to DVD with out difficulty.

I had this app on iPhones before. it was great. now its on Samsung Android, I believe it's frustrating. it. asks me to login. then I forgot my password. no option to rest password or to create a new account. means no video will be saved

THE WORST SUPPORT EVER!!! Too many glitches and yet so called "premium" support has no regard whatsoever for users' urgency for solutions. this app is only good when it's working well...should anything go wrong, they take their sweet time & give generic responses. loved it but I'm greatly disappointed.

this app is great for youtube intros, its easy as well, my pc is broke so i can't use it, but i can make intros and with great quality. you won't regret it, and sub please.

A little difficult to maneuver and the video it's hard to see on the app because it's in a smaller format, but all in all we like it!

i think a few features are missing from the desktop version but it is awesome to have the app. Convenient... easy ... ✔👍😁

It's a really good app especially when you need to get a class project done! Love the variety and other content it has just for you to use!

Easy to use and makes pictures fun. Quite a few options for music and able to upload your own.

Experiencing a basic issue - cannot create a Memories sideshow, just a marketing one - and haven't been able to get support for days to help troubleshoot.
