Harbinger takes you into the past, to the very days when Kerr the Breaker, Bringer of Nightmares, first bore down on the realm in vengeance. You, Forlorn — a pilgrim caught out of time, and follower of the Resonant — are called upon by the shadow of the late King Cadmus. Cadmus implores you to save the children of Qurrhem, and the realm of Cadmeia. In a time before Blood Memory, you stand alone between death and deliverance… for the forgotten cannot die, as they have truly never lived… until this day.
Prove your worth against the embodiment of death, Gravetender Anku, only after meeting the Breach Knight sent by Kerr for the first time. Then quickly cross through Cadmeia to deliver its inhabitants from peculiar medicine men, hellhounds, and monsters. At the heart of Qurrehm, High Clarus Alina – loyal acolyte of Cadmus – awaits, perhaps as Corrupt or Corrupter. Chaos and confusion plague the realm; you will have no friend save for your trusty blade, axe, or hammer. Pass mercy to those afflicted, and judgment to those whom embody the coming nightmare. You have returned.

I purchased the whole unpacked version of this game to get the full experience. I ended up beating every mission, boss, trials, and campaign. Literally beat everything the game had to offer IN ONE SITTING. The controls weren't that much of an issue bc over time you will get used to the crazy sensitivity. My biggest downsides to the game was 1. too short. 2. enemies and bosses repetitive. 3 replay value is terrible. So beware bc once you beat the game you arent really gonna wanna go back to it...
Pretty good game, but please at least give an option or a difficulty setting to add back the stamina bar like in stand alone because it gives more realism. Also I don't think the online verification at the beginning will solve much of the piracy issue, not many people have access to Internet most of the time, Im not saying that you'll have to remove it, you should at least make it verify weekly, so that people will still be able to play it offline like asphalt 8 does. I hope you consider this devs, good job by the way 👍
Not what I expected, graphics are not great for a game of this year, the camera sensitivity.. Now that's terrible. It's too high and cannot be changed, You get lost even walking straight and in combat it's just insufferable. There are other details that need to be fixed because it get tedious, the story line seemed intriguing, but the gameplay in general is not good so sadly not enjoyable. If it gets more polished, could be nice to play tbh. Wish I could have given more stars, though.
Hi Tenbirds team. The game is great. However I encountered a bug during The Absolver The Gutters 3 stage. The Boss in that area does not show even when the BGM is playing. I would like to ask if there is a specific solution that I should do for the meantime. Will change the rating once this is addressed.
The first Animus was a better version, and it was more compatible for most devices. I was using my brand new Samsung Tab E and found the the game was incapable of being played. Still, if you desire to get a Dark Souls feel, Ire and the original Animus Stand Alone are 2 great games. Please work on this app to be more friendly to other devices. P.S.: Work towards makeing game Bluetooth controller compatible. ;)
It runs smoothly on the first level but the second level it's crashing to much. Its unplayable. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy AMP2 for this. So please optimize it or remove it from my play store. I have all the specs for the game. Thank you for reading. 😉💯😊✔
Look, I ain't gonna bash the game, the tutorial was dope, graphics are phenomenal, the controls are very responsive. My only complaint is that there's no mention of paying $3.99 to play anywhere before installing a .7GB game on my phone. 🙄
I bought the game and i purchase the Tachi Package. The credits are deducted from the playstore also notified me in playstore's order history. However there is no items in the inventory in the game. The worst part is developers never reply my emails and do nothing about this. Very poor purchasing system and very bad customer service.
It a great game as it is balance and mid range phone can support it even though graphic setting is set at low. But what not satisfied is I though this is the free version of the other animus but it is a trial version.
it is a nice Dark Souls like game, filled my expectations, the feeling of satisfaction once you finally defeat that boss that you are stuck on (i died a LOT of times fighting against Morgan and Echion) but i would really like TENBIRDS to let us parry without needing to buy the tachi set, like just a default move, instead of including the parry in the tachi set, how about increasing the amount of gold and memory it comes with. Overall very well made game.
Only buy the unpacked version. Do not spend 3.99 in game on this version because it won't connect to your Google play account and it won't allow you to purchase anything if that's what you like to do in these games. Other than that the game is really fun and I recommend buying the unpacked. The one star is for them being incompetent charging 3.99 for the quote on quote full gamewhen the only way to get the full game is to buy the unpacked version. Happy gaming.
The free level was great! problem is, I paid for the game, even got a confirmation email, and it still won't let me play past the free tutorial. it just asks me to pay for the full game like I haven't already.
A little unfortunate no controller support. I feel like it would be much more enjoyable if it did support controller input, it's one of the games that I'm really surprised doesn't have support. Hopefully it is something they add in the future
Love it like I love stand alone. Awesome job devs. Truly good game worth every penny. Only criticism is that Im seeing the same problem I saw with stand alone which is a lack of info. Example is burst damage. No clue what that is. Or what does curse actually do. Just some examples. One of the best game series on googleplay. Good job and thank you.
Tldr : stay away from this . Get previous game or just souls game on console/pc. It's a downgrade to the previous game of the serie. Bad lobby and very laggy maps even on lowest setting(on Samsung s8). Cant get refund once its a in-game purchase game with free label on play store... ad the list of bad things about this game keeps going...
Camera control need to be improved, especially when you're in corner. Maybe make the wall/obstacles see-thru instead of zooming into the character.
10birds did a fantastic job with this game. I've been grinding for HOURS since it was released. Very fun, alike but different than Ire or Stand Alone. Everyone, ignore the butthurt of the bad reviews here because of bugs. 2 bugs stopped the game temporarily, yes, but the devs fixed these in 1 day of being reported! The best games have teams that care and respond fast. You guys are the best!!!
I love it, even tho i only experienced the free edition it was still enough to make it satisfactory. Its got smooth controls, good graphics and amazing actions. It is definetly amazing
Wow, this game is great. Sometimes I can't hit the boss because I can't see of I am close to the enemies. Everything is good, looks like dark souls but more friendly in some ways.
best souls like game in mobile imo just need to fix the lag as it can get annoying at times and I was hoping for the campaign to be a fair bit longer but other than that it's been good and worth the money.
1 star only because it does not specify that it is a free demo and if you want to play full game you have to pay for it. Very transparent. Also 1 star only for the fact that the "demo" has a fight that seems too easy and I did not experience the full game
The game is awesome but the game is expensive though but it's fine the only problem is if you buy the full game it's not worth it because the game needs some more improvement like the movement of the character and more boss and the last some textures
i love it so far. The only reason n why i uninstalled this was the lack of Game controller support. Same with stand alone. My friend borrowed my IPEGA 9099 controller to try the game because it says in the description that it does support controller. Shame. Can u fix this?
Not a complete waste, but the graphics are terrible, camera sensitivity is too high (with no option of changing it), and quite a few other minor but tedious details that need to be fixed. The storyline (from what i played through) was decent, and i think that given the chance to be fixed and updated, this would be an absolutely wonderful mobile game. I wish i could have given it more stars, though.
