Any time you want to link your account to one of our games (DOFUS, WAKFU or KROSMASTER) or sites, you must first launch the app and press the ‘Unlock’ button. This simple action authorises you to log on for a period of 30 seconds. After this period is over, nobody can access your account.

Cant reset pasword i any way. Cant even add phone number becouse cant get verification message. Only way is steam. No support at this problem.
Can't log in to my account anymore because I lost my phone.. Couldn't get support either.
I just found how to access my account without unlock it so it's useless ....

Once you get used to it yo don't loose a lot of time, and it's a great security
Works fine. However, you need to restart it if you let the app open for too long. (In other words, it does not seem to reconnect after being idle.)
When I click unlock and then go to Tactile Wars, there's no option to enter login info. Is there any sort of solution to this?
Suddenly my account stoped appearing in the unlock screen and when I tried my recovery code I got the unknown error message. Support doesn't answer, my account is kinda valuable so i advise people not to use this protective method
i cannot see my added account nor add new one on my liquid z3 phone. now I'm trying my brother's phone. I hope it works
Bought the physical game and tried to enter the codes ended up being a waste of my time. Don't use this if you want to actually access your account.
I go into the app and nothing shows up I restart app and same thing happens please fix this ASAP
It was working fine , suddenly it doesn't work at all. I cannot log into my account . this is not okay
It's the safer way to protect your accounts. It has many ways to recover your accounts if you lose your phone.
You guys should add a "unlock all" button. Other than that, it's working great.
But it would be a lot better if it used Google with instead of their own home grown solution

Just because my account is incomplete(steam user). I can not use this app at all. My question is then Ankama, could you please. Allow us to use authy or alternative, instead of this app? Since people are complaining to have isues and concern. Of losing their acces to their account, data info, account wiping and many unknown , and authy is known as a safer authorization app.
