Ok I guess great picture quality of cameras however alerts come through inconsistently always have to reconnect unless I'm at my house cameras constantly show up offline no response from the support they offer and hasn't had an update since 2019 bought the cameras in 2021 can't do very much from the app nor is there a lot of options to do things with the app sound doesn't work neither does the intercom system. For the price I guess it was okay not really been too great of an experience overall

Most the time says offline but when go on to the cameras via machine there is nothing wrong! Doesn't alert at all even tho meant to! Waste of time and space app. Even worse since did an update! Only works if on same network at home!

The initial screen doesn't appear to open as a live view so you're looking at old still images. You have to click into each camera to update it. Other than that the app appears to work well.

it will not stay connected on my cell phone and it is not showing me what I want to see. The system works but dont when I actually need it too. I have 16 cameras and find them useless when I need them. I dont have all day long to play around with something that should be so simple. It works, dont work, connects, dont connect. Play wont play. Motion detects wont motion detect. It got he trees blowing in the wind but wouldnt let me know my daughter was sneaking out.

Only works when it feels like it. Notifications dose not work. Shows unit offline when its not. No live feed when you start app Needs to be look at to sort bugs out, But anlaplus wont. Planty of other software to work cctv from your phone better then this.

NOT BLOODY BAD CONSIDERING HOW CHEAP IT IS! All the basics functions and works mostly but could and should be so much better. Access to more settings needed and better GUI please! Wouldn't take much to make is more useful

"Password not conform to rules" what are the rules? It's more than 6 chars and contains special chars and no words and no names so what's the problem? So password problem solved (but not sure why you have such strange password rules it's like you are forcing users to choose weak passwords) but I constantly get network error messages during login or Socket timeout exceptions. I have good reception and everything else is working fine

Always drops connection to the box, constanthaving to reconnect, what's the point in having it, feels like a waste of money!!

Was really surprised by how clear the cameras are when put on clear mode for the price plus the app works well sometimes slow to connect but works well.

Installs easy, had some issues with app and setting time/date stamp, picture quality is ok but zoom is very distorted.

CCTV really good, struggling to get the app to work when not on home WiFi, app pointless if you can't look at it away from the house.

Great app, very easy set up. If you don't know what you are doing or simply want a completey plug and play system, this product and app are for you

I have been trying all day to get a text for verification code so I can setup my camera on my phone. App is useless if you can't register your stuff and see anything

works perfectly. Perhaps takes a few seconds longer on initial start up but thats normal. Great product

Good app, but the time on playback is out by one hour. It seems to use European time zone.

Want too many permissions, security s/w warns of unusual app behaviour. WARNING! Uninstall.

Good, but keep saying that you are offline, when you are not... Otherwise it fine with me..it still have the offline problem..updated 30/03/2022

Everything is fine except lately I have problems viewing playback, I have to "press to try again" every time

Very unstable works when its on home WiFi but always offline when away from home

I'm having a problem staying online, so the app should have a better troubleshooting instructions.

Works well had a problem with passwords was sorted out in no time. Happy

Has a good picture quality and fairly easy to install and set everything up

Slow during playback and search, often looses connection and device offline, even if the DVR is working

Great app. My old kview app for my CCTV stopped working after update. This is pwrfect
