Ann Arbor TheRide Bus Tracker

Update, Jan 2022: the database in this application needs a major update. For Ann arbor, there are many redundant stops, stops that say no arrivals when in fact there are, misspellings, etc. All the information needs to be updated and corrected to make it useful. No longer seems to work on the Ann Arbor system very well. It's hard to select a route.

Only lists Arrivals, not Departures. But doesn't list them, either -- "having issues." No maps, no route charts, no basic information, not even a phone number. Nothing. Rate it zero. Last updated: one year ago?!

This hasn't worked since the last update. The app is completely non-functional and you can't click on anything. No bus routes, no times, no favorites, nothing... very frustrating 😤

Is great when it works. Sometimes it won't show times. Ive had to uninstall and reinstall on two seperate occasions. But when it works, it's very accurate

Very helpful and accurate! Appreciate the "Favorites" option a lot, saves me from having to scroll through bus stops every time.

app stopped working since latest update. can't click anything on the screen, even the bottom two menu options for arrivals and favorites

Garbage! Absolute garbage! it doesnt tell you when the bus'll get there, it doesnt tell you if it has detours thanks to construction, it doesn't tell you anything! Plus, you need internet. Garbage i tell you. you're better off with the website 🙄

Was hoping it'd have the changed routes since none of the other transit apps have them. But this thing just straight up doesn't work.

This app only helps if you already know which bus you need. I was hoping for something that would allow me to put in a destination and that would find the right bus for me

It doesnt work at all for rt31 toward Jackson and Wagner, it only does towardBTC. Wonder how many others just dont work. Its pretty useless to me without that rt direction

App used to work until newest update ruined everything. Edit - 10-16-19 Devs responded so I'm hoping the app gets fixed and it goes back to how it was.

This app only gives arrival times of the bus! You must know your route in order to use this app! Better off using the Ride website to plan your bus trip!

App was working fine but now won't let me get direction stop info. PLEASE FIX THIS and I will give a 5 rating.

I use the program all the time especially since today you are following an alternate schedule.
