Does what's it's supposed to do. Provides easy access to account and manage payment.
Not a good user experience. Times out too quickly in all pages, multiple rewards cards are too close together and the store staff had difficulty selecting the one that was nearing expiration. Why is the reward nearing expiration on the bottom? It would be a better user experience to recommend the oldest one and not require scrolling down. After selecting the reward it has a popup asking if I want to continue to the barcode page. Unnecessary, why would I not want to when I just clicked to navigate there? Store staff needs more training on how to use the app coupons...
I was unable to create a bookmark on my homepage. I have to search the web to locate and use the app every time I want to sign in.
Charged me more than once when I played my bill via the app

Don't release an app and send me invites to join unless it works! Just waisted 45 min of my life I will never get back installing, reinstalling, trying to set up my account only to go nowhere...junk it!!
Go to log in and there's a completely blank screen. I'm a credit card holder and they're saying this is how to access reward cards, no longer sending them out. So if I can't log in, how do I get the reward?? Annoying
Was ok to be able to access my rewards but crashes constantly. Uninstalling...
Forces you to allow AT to access your pics, media, etc in order to sign in. Nope. There is no reason a store card requires my personal media! Uninstalled asap.

Can't log in at all... has anyone figured this out?
I have to sign in every time and often cannot sign in because the sign-in buttons won't work.
After allowing the app access to every prompt and changing the setting as requested, the app does nothing. I wanted to access my reward points because I have not redeemed more than a handful of them, if not all of them. When/if I do receive the rewards points in the mail, it has expired. Shopping at AT is more hassle than other retail stores, I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Sad face
The worst app I have ever used. Stopped right in the middle of me making a payment. Needs access to my phone to make calls??? What the heck is that about? Deleting this app. Much easier to just go to the Ann Taylor website.
Why does this app need access to my privacy so that I can make a payment? If I try making a phone payment the company pay charges a $10 fee. This seems like a bad business practice. *feeling frustrated*
Since I denied access to my photos & to allowing the app to make calls from my phone it won't let me sign in because I haven't accepted their terms. Their terms are bullshit.
I have this app on my iPad .it allowed me to install without giving it access to my photos ...it won't allow it on my phone ....so I can't use it...don't waste your time
I'm on a Samsung Note 3 and the app simply wouldn't allow me to register so I can't use it.

Just installed on Samsung Edge and can't get it to accept the username and password both of which work on the website. Fix bugs, then launch app.
Just installed on Samsung 7 and app will not work. Won't even open. Maybe tomorrow. Have retried several times and still not working.
I have a Note 3. I tried to log on using my online user name and password and it says there is no such user. My credentials work perfectly fine through a browser.
Was looking forward to using it, but the app wants access to everything on your phone before you can continue.
I could not log in, it requires access to all the folders and pictures on your device. Shame on you!

Why would it need access to my photos and media?
This is an annoying app to use. After I added an item to the shopping cart, it automatically wanted me to check out. It's next to impossible to go back to the shopping option without starting over. Also, the app is supposed to easily apply award cards. I had to write down a 19 digit number to apply it to my order. I didn't automatically apply my reward even though I had logged in, nor could I cut and paste the number. I won't be using this app very often. It's much easier to just go to the website directly.
