Really a horrible app and camera. I can rarely even connect to the camera when I am not in the same WiFi network, which is the whole point of a security camera. When I can connect, the pan/tilt button never responds, the live video feed is frozen or very behind, and to reset the password you have to go through a complicated process involving sending multiple screenshots to their support email. Also there is no motion detection alert. Oh, I forgot to mention their support team is also very unresponsive.
I have been using 3 cameras & a unopened spare. However, I took out SD card to view on my PC. I was shocked. The camera stop recording by itself & all files recorded previously had the same date. This date seemed to be from when the SD card was formatted. Therefore If something had happened & I need to go to a particular date you will have big problem. I've emailed Annke with problems before, this seemed to remain the same. The picture quality is very good, the functionality & security is poor
Better than some I've seen. But still poorly made. despite having a large microsd card in there, you can't tell it to store locally! it constantly tries to store to their cloud which is a chargeable service. I just want to save my cctv locally..... can't seem to do that and no way to contact them!
App is not compatible with Fire HD 10. Using Alexa skill, the video turns off after 30 minutes. Please make the actual Android app compatible with the Fire HD 10 tablet so users can view the live feed without the short time limitation. The EZVIZ Indoor Security camera and its Android app are apparently exactly like Annke Nova S and has both the Alexa skill and unlimited viewing via App...please do this with the Annke Nova S, thank you!
*update* Have worked with Annke customer services (Kate) who were incredibly responsive, and the issue has now been resolved. Back to 5 stars from me! Since the latest app update today, there seems to be a lot of Chinese writing popping up on the screen. Not sure whether to be concerned about this or not!
This app is rubbish, having to reload it again, fed up with constantly having to force stop and restart the dam thing. When it works its ok but it plays up far to much. Now the app just says "Annke Nova has stopped" and wont go any futher, reloaded the app but still the same message and no camera view.
Starting on August 28, 2019, Chinese characters starting appearing when opening the app, and on the streaming display. I sent an email to support with screenshots. Please fix. Thanks.
Been a customer for a while Upgraded phone, (Mate 20 Pro) Now, motion detection notifications don't come through my phone, even though it is enabled in the phone. Uninstalled, and reinstalled the app with no success. Annke, please advise
It is not perfect but with this app now you can view ANNKE webcams connected on the lab e not only via internet/cloud. I don't found how-to export images saved and how to save the configuration but it works fine.
The app will not link to my Alexa device and this appears to be because Annke have not updated their web security certification. I can go through the whole linking process until the link fails on the last page where it says, "Unable to link ANNKE to Alexa".
The playback doesn't works. Before it worked and now it doesn't. I think that's the most important function. Please do an upgrade to the app. My model is ANNKE Wifi IP Camera, Nova Orion 1080P HD
My app is not working and I can not watch real time or make adjustments. Please help I'm ready to return it and get something else. The camera seems to be working but thre app it's not.
App is very limited in notifications and ajustments and if you want to erase a video you can't do multiples is one at a time very tedious.
Since the update on 28.08. 2019 chinese letters appeared on my screen ?? A further update on 30.08.2019 downloaded and now the app will not open.. have tried everything to get the app to open its now unusable
The latest update no longer works. It was working great before. I sent feedback in, hopefully Annke can fix it soon.
Since latest update wont work with my samsung phone...did before update...wont open app......update to my review..they fixed what was wrong I re downloaded app and it works great like it did before...that is why I give them 5 stars now ....thank you!!
app works great, but for some reason I have to open google store to open the app. It says installed but it is not on my phone
App works fine over Wifi but crashes constantly over 4g. Using oneplus 6. Kind defeats the purpose.
trying to contact the people that take payment took months and now I can't get into my account to cancel the subscription either
shows me notifications, but wont let me see the playback.
Good overall. I wish the cloud service wasn't so expensive.
finally got a new camera shipped...it still wouldnt work with this App Annkle Vision App worked out better for me
My brother let me borrow this so I could check on my front yard but I can't use it because the app won't let me add the camera unless he deletes it from his account first. How stupid

I get it running, it stops, no simple way to start back up. Instructions are nonexistent. Forgets my password. Will not pan/move regardless of what I do. Phone part of setup sucks battery. No icon on home screen available, must access through app store every time. One star because picture was acceptable during very brief time it worked as described. Update, Horrifying noise that increases in volume to ear splitting volumes when sound is on and my phone is connected to bluetooth speakers.
