It works, in a very basic way. But when there are a large number of events especially in color mode, video stops loading at about 80% in Android and hangs with error code: 260015. I also can't stream all the channels at the same time. Nor can this app set any sensitivity of the cameras, rename the cameras or do anything but the basics of search, timeline scrub and record a video clip or picture. I've used Lorex and NightOwl, and they expose a lot more useful functionality and are more reliable. Pros: App is able to create favorites, it has search, lets you zoom in on the video footage. Cons: Can't record zoomed footage, camera names can't be changed, can't set zones or sensitivity areas, and of course the biggest problem is the playback won't work for more than one feed at a time, and even that tends to fail, especially in color mode. Hoping they spend more time on this app.

Brilliant app which works perfect every time. Simple to use with a well designed interface and plenty of features. Most of the negative reviews seem to be users who havent taken the time to explore the features of the app. The motion detection notification is an excelllect feature when youre not on the property. Notification arrives instantly with a picture of what triggered the motion and the option to watch a clip of what happened to set the motion alarm off. Brilliant app, 5/5

Initial setting up was quick and easy enough. But after I logged out, troubles started. It didn't remember my cellphone number and kept telling me password was wrong. I copied and pasted from my records, so it cannot be wrong. Overall the app is not intuitive and awakened to use. UI is terrible. Try to share the system with someone else is a nightmare

Good: For the most part it works and it does let you see your camera's Bad: layout could be improved upon. Interface does not match instructional guides that you literally find inside the app, have yet to get push notifications working. Summary: I have a feeling they were facing some serious performance issues and stripped back the app to bare bones until resolved, app does include a delete button for systems just hard to find. Will update again once push notifications are working

I wish I could give it less than one star. Spent several weeks going back and forth with support, ended up getting frustrated and decided to move on. App is complete garbage. works maybe less than 5% of the time. Constantly have to reset passwords unistall and install app. By the time you force close and restart app the person you got a notification for has already left the scene. Good luck trying to view footage through app. No updates or fixes or support. DO NOT BUY ANNKE!!

with the January today came some issues. When you try to look at the live camera it takes well over 30 seconds to load. also if you try and do the multiple live camera view you have to re-add the cameras every time you re-open the app. please fix, none of this occurred before. i like the fact that they are last auto load with HD instead of basic.

Very disappointed in the lack of a core feature. Our Annke CCTV system was an upgrade in video quality from our old system but the app and software is awful. This application doesn't even support fast forwarding of playback - ie. no way to play at 2x, 4x, 32x speed. Not related to the app but please support standard web technology so that we can use your systems on any web browser. Please fix this!

I read few stars comments, mostly its technical issue must solve with support, which is prompt. I have been using this app for my 4 businesses in Australia for 5 years. No issues, time to time I needed some support to solve some issues. I just installed new one for my friend's shop. It's perfect and full of all functions. I now need more support to fix multi screens playback, which new one have by default. I hope its going to be as easy as it always been. Best product.

works well, but, recently the app is persistent on getting permissions to camera, storage, and contacts. These apps always seem to be starting off with not much permissions needed, then after you do multiple updates, they begin to request more permissions, and at times taking them without permission. Definitely not a good business practice. Skip the permissions , but it will keep asking, and no option to do not ask again.

App used to be rubbish. It is now slightly better although it still seems severly hampered by connectivity issues. Not sure whether this is server side or a bandwidth issue but there are still serious issues with remote playback, buffering and errors. Same canned response to every critical review giving the definite impression that this company doesn't give a damn.

This app is EVEN WORSE than their original one!! I was told to download this app due to their old one not working and this one is just as bad! Took me 7 attempts to add my cameras and then when they FINALLY added properly... I couldn't even view them in full screen because it kept saying 'error'. Utter garbage. Unable to view a live stream via mobile data as app says device is already registered to another account and will not let you unbind (app crashes when you request) Only able to view if connected by WiFi at home, save the hassle and look out of the window. Annke, this problem has existed since the November update and you have done noting to resolve it. Utterly useless remote viewing system. Sort it out or your customers will leave you.

Latest update 4.5.0 July 2020 is AWFUL, go back to the previous one please. Playback on a phone device in portrait mode, the navigation bar is not below the view screen, it covers the entire bottom half!! It's also jerky if you try to scroll forward and backward. And even with notifications on, you don't get notifications!!

Difficult to replay. You can not speed up playback. When you play and want to skip ahead you will not be able to go to a specific time. Very non user friendly. The app is very limited. Updated 9-2-20: The app will not playback properly. You have to try several times. Get disconnected message a lot.

Excellent System. The app can be fustrating at first, as with anything new, but now that I have it all figured out, I love it. Give it about 2 weeks beflre you give a review. You will be amazed with all the features it has. This app is only as good as the device its on. - (Im using a Note 8). And the image quality is only as fast as your network plan (Im on Verizon), and the home internet service provider (Im on Xfinity). Fast + Fast = High Quality Sharp Images.

The app was working fine all year for me, until the latest update and now I have to switch between the different cameras in order to get them to fully load a live view. If I don't do this they hang at different loading percentages and nothing sorts it, app reset, DVR reboot etc. It's not an internet issue, it's an app issue. Shame as the cameras are decent and a good step up from my last ones.

Great system, love the hardware, love the design of the UI's which all goes to make it an easy to install system for the non-technical users. It would all get five stars if the resolution setting of the cameras was remembered by Annke Vision Android app. This is not a problem with the iPhone app, and so is a BUG that needs to be addressed especially since Annke View is going out of development and users are being asked to migrate to Annke Vision instead. Fix the bug and I will change to 5 🌟!

Can view maximum of 2 cameras via this app during live view. Attempting to add any more and the app is unable to display images from any cameras. This is via 100MB connection on both ends of network. Playback always struggles...reaches around 80-97% then hangs eventually. Old app used to work fine.
