I used this app frequently but now when I try to place an item on hold, I get an error. I also am not able to view my account or do anything else on it. Please check into these bugs and update!

Quicker to drive to the library during a blizzard. It is very slow and sometimes acts as if you didn't even ask it to do anything.

The app doesn't work anymore. Can't log in to my account any longer through the app. I used to use this all the time but now it is broken. Would love to see it working again.

I used to be able to do everything I needed to do on this app, but now nothing works. Apparently, they need to do some work........

This App is still slow compared to just going to the website.

App didn't work, I couldn't get into my account. Now I've remove this app and replaced with a new app.

This app is so slow! My screen regularly times out at least twice when I try to use it. It's quicker to go to my web browser and login in that way - and then what is the point of an app??

Having retired as a software developer, in my opinion this app is trying to hit a grand slam all at once rather than building a successful tool step by step. Usage by patrons is the key.

I find it hard to believe that EVERY ebook is checked out and it can't find the audio books it lists! Really frustrating!

Every time I login it brings me back to the login screen.

Every time I try to look at my account it just keeps taking me back to the log in screen.

So glad I found this!

Why do you require access to my photos, media, files and camera? How are you protecting my privacy?

Really slow

It does not allow you to check out books to read on your phone. It tells me I can check it out and pick up at the library... I would love to be able to check out and read on my phone without going to the library.
