App worked perfectly. After buying a yearly subscription, i cancelled within a month and they offered me a near full refund. They reply quick with great customer service. Couldnt be more pleased. Just email them if you have any issue.
cost to much it says this cheaper ways monthly but got charged $31.99 and I can't find the way to cancel this account I get one more charge and ill have to report this to my bank that I didn't authorize any charges and that it was impossible to find the way to cancel this account after its trial period of trying for a hour or so and decided I didn't need or want this would like my money back but I'm sure that won't happen but I want this stopped immediately from any other charges
I wanted to try out this app and purchased what I thought was a $5.75 a month fee. They charged me $69 which I cannot afford. So I uninstalled the app and messaged contact support and they refunded my money in full. When I am able to afford it, I will download this app again.
as I said on my other email Google account I tried this trial $1 for about an hour decided I didn't want this or need this. can't seem to find a way to remove this account or stop its continued payment I'm sure I cant get my $31.99 back i will never pay that per month for something I won't or barely use ur app says way cheaper than that. I was sceptical about this app so I subscribed for only 1 month to test the speed. My broadband plan offers 250 Mbps but after connecting through this VPN app the speed drastically reduces to 4 to 5 Mbps.
Someone tried logging into my email after I installed this app. I made a full yearly payment but doesnt work. I had to report it to the bank and I have emailed them but still awaiting a response

Very effective 24hr customer service. If you want to unsubscribe from the app all you have to do is contact their customer service via email, and they respond fast.

lame they should provide an option for free use
The VPN works good however their service isn't customer friendly at all. Its complete s***. To unsubscribe, I had to find the charge on my bank statement to get the web address. Then I had to dig around through tons of menus until I finally discovered you have to EMAIL customer support in order to cancel your subscription. There's plenty of vpns out there that are way better. Even the free ones.
