An app as great as the company itself. Fast and easy to navigate. It's a great way to access all of my auto policy details and documents without having to print anything.
Very easy to use requires no thought. So easy to read while informative. Good simple layout without being ugly or dull. Its just a well done app.
Love this I √ it for insurance quote and was SO :-) I was doing all this hoop jumping through countless Co's. I found them and let them do ALL the WORK for me!!!!!! Saved me $100. over to start& $50.00 a month ! Sadly I dont save a penny for this reveiw, but I Saved a ton! Was with a local place, had @least 2 agents in a nice house. Was paying their morgage payment and was policy thru BW but my money goes straight to Co. & not thru their pocket. Idk what else they do, but wont hurt to√. :~)
I really like the ability to have my Insurances at my fingertips complete with assistance and policy numbers and rate tracker. N9 unwanted ads at all. Excellent
Not happy with the app. It's not wanting to update my information for my other vehicle, took 1vehicle off to add another.
The App will not allow me to open my docs. It takes my username and password and says loading for a brief second and then goes back to the login page. I have uninstalled it and installed it back a few times already but it won't work!
Great App and great company. I'll give a special shout out to Marci out of Decatur. She was super nice and a huge help and didnt stop until she found exactly what I needed!
Very slow to open. Still haven't received policy ID card in app. It's Wednesday and it was last Thursday that I got this insurance. Feeling a little concerned.
I'm able to view my policies and make claims in the app. It's very easy to use and has a decent UI so I'm pleased. My only complaint is how long it takes to load. But I think it's an issue with my phone.

The gentleman who helped was very cosiderate, caring,helpful, as well as patient. I would consider the gentleman for Training other to be as guiding in true caring for insurance that works for individuals.

Easy to use ,content up to date . Convienant to have on my phone . No digging in glove box full of stuff for ins. Information ,road side help an more.

It doesn't work on my wife's Google Pixel 2 or my own Google Pixel 3. Answer financial replied to my post and informed me a fix is coming Jan 3rd. Thank you for taking care of this!

Easy to use and convenient. So far I've seen that all needed information including direct contact to call the company is present which makes it hassle free and enjoyable to use.
Awesome, no billing/ statement online found and no paperwork for specific coverage/declaration of insurance. Requested in app online contact us. No word not us mail sent and it's been 7 day not via email.

Excellent customer service!!!!Fast and Easy!!! I was going have to pay $220 a month or higher threw most companies for 1vechile now I pay $153 they saved me alot of $$$$ plus tou can use your app to show proof of insurance without digging or worry about losing your cards!!!
