The Service provided to us is good but the app needs work. It can work really well or it can crash like it has done since the last update. It either works really well or is diabolical.
App works well. What AnswerConnect software and call flow can do is excellent but the quality of the call handlers is very poor.
rarely syncs. for years I keep having to log out/in despite them saying they fixed it.
It was good but since update I can't open the call list to see what the conversation is about. Please sort it out
if love to be able to have more control from my phone. listening to recorded calls would be great from my phone as well.
The service is great, the app not so much. Rarely works and have to routinely uninstalled and reinstall.

The app doesn't work well with my android phone. I do not get the notifications at all. Please fix it!
I'm not a big review writer but in this case I had to write a review we hired the company to answer our after hours phone calls to the dealership an amazing software feet even has a mobile platform

The service from Answer Connect is great but the app itself no longer works since the update today. Whilst I can open the app itself, I can no longer click into individual calls to obtain details as the app crashes.
