WARNING: Garmin Connect eventually stops working. It is not an app's fault, it is Garmin Connect service. Even if you try to upload an activity within their website in that moment, it will not work. In such case, wait until the service is restored and upload the body composition readings from the History.

AWESOME! Developer is very responsive to assist with technical queries. Works a treat to automatically sync a set of Tanita ANT+ scales to Garmin Connect (which then automatically syncs to Zwift!!!)
Brilliant app that works perfectly will the Tanita scales. The developer is also extremely supportive and responsive. Kudos all round.
Excellent app to interface with a Tanita scale and replaces the cumbersome Tanita scale module, which costed about $100. A textbook example of smart technology and intelligent people improve quality of life for everyone at a much lower cost!

Is there possibility to sync with xiaomi smart composition scale 2 or directly with mi fit app?
Started using this when garmin stripped ant scale functionality from my edge device and it has worked flawlessly.
Works every time and integration is perfect
used this app for over a year. without it my BC-1000 would have been a boat anchor or paper weight
after a few years of use I can't find where to register a new weight scale...If someone can help please?
I actually am just wonder if that is the fee per month?

Stopped working for Tanita BC1000
Worked great on my Google Pixel 2. When I replaced it with an LG V30, I had numerous difficulties. App would wait for measurements. but would time out without receiving them, or would just fail to find the scale altogether. I have since replaced my V30 with a Samsung Galaxy S10e, and I am happy to report that this app is once again rock solid. Finds my scale every time, pulls in the readings, and uploads the data to Garmin Connect and Strava without error. Love it.

Edit from previous review. With Tanita BC-1000, uncheck athlete mode and numbers will be correct. Not tried the pro version, a bit expensive to see all numbers, but does the job as advertised. Thanks for the quick support !
Has been working for ages but stopped uploading to GC today. Redeem-start error 503. Any solution?
How does it calculate the BMR? The value is very different (much higher even with setting 'no exercise') from what the BC1000 display reports. Other than this small issue the app works great.
Works very well with my Tanita Ironman scale. I prefer to use it instead of my Garmin watch.
I paid the £5 for this app and connected it to a compatible scale listed in the apps descriptions. The app has worked for the past month. However, after a month this app no longer connects to my scale and is not working properly. My scale works perfectly and continues to give me information. Maybe the developer could make a section so that I could manually input information since the app does jot respond anymore. Otherwise, waste of £5 because this app works just like all the other free apps for a month and then stops working when it feels like it.
Superb app that works a treat and is well worth the money. Garmin no longer support Tanita scales in their new devices so this app is a brilliant alternative.
Easy installation with all additional app but It is still not running on my mobile Huawei Mate 10 PRO. I also exchanged several emails with developer, he suggested several things which did not help at the end. I tested with external usb connected. There is the issue that I cannot add permission use ant hardware. Is there any list of supported mobiles? I am about to buy new mobile so I could select one that does not have the issue with perm.
