The app freezes most of the times.it takes ages to open the cameras.it shows searching but nothing shows up. Now it's stopped working completely. when I click on icon,it only shows 2 option Close app Send feedback.
This app is not supporting Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Camera view is always loading and never get constant live. But same application working well with Apple iPhone. App need to update and make it useful for Samsung Galaxy phones
Dear ZK Team, I recently brought 8 port NVR (Z8508NRE-P) with 5 cameras (BS-54N12K). Cameras installation and NVR Configuration is done. Then after i installed ANTRA VIEW PRO app. Cameras and nvr working fine but nvr device staus showing offline I'm not able to cameras configure to app. Note :Cloud settings showing ✖️ symbol. How to resolve this issue. Can you help for P2P settings. Waiting for your valuable assistance...!!!
I like the app but I there is no option on language. I have a Chinese client who want to get the Chinese version of the app.
i am using one plus 6t android set. after resent update it stoped working and asking about email adress and password

" I'm using Samsung Galaxy S7. The older version of the app was working. Now it stopped working starting from the previous update. The app freezes after a few second. I have tested the app with other Samsung phones and got the same issue". The above is my previous review. Thanks for the app updates. It is much better than before and working fine now on Samsung phones with android 7 & 9. But on version 8, video still cannot be seen. I hope this issue could be resolved too.
