Used to work fairly well, when it was only a 2G world, no idea how well it does, it doesn't work now...
Won't even open and closes immediately
It didn't even open for me but... Based on the description, I wasn't expecting it to work anyways.
Worked fine on my previous phone but as the man android was young then
Not working in android latest ver
Congrejulation this apps
It detect where u live
I love this app! It was of great help when i needed to figure out where to set up my external antenna (and what direction to point it in). My only problem is that the "dots" on the map are tiny, to the point that I sometimes can not see the yellow ones at all. Also, I have too zoom very very close to read the numbers written inside some dots. Perhaps it has something to do with the high screen resolution on my Galaxy Nexus? Nevertheless, I'd pay for this app if it wasn't free. Thank you!
I was getting -89 dBs, and still my talk got interrupted too much. And this app clearly demoed the reason to me. In a particular place, my tower keeps changing from one to the other and to the yet another. And yet they don't force you to pay you for any pro function. Thanks guys.
This app reported that I was connected to one cell tower but could not find it. Tried turning GPS on/off. Tried turning WiFi on/off. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app 3 times. It just would not work. My phone is a Galaxy Note 4 with Lollypop installed. My carrier is Verizon Wireless. Would give this app 0 stars if I could.
This used to be one of my most useful tool apps. But, now it's absolutely useless to me since AT&T upgraded the networks to 4G LTE, because the 4G LTE towers and signals do not register on this app. Tried contacting the developer about it, but it didn't do a bit of good.
Works great on telstra t tab finds all cell sites on Vodafone au. I have used over 10 android phones since and the app crashes on all of them just got a Huawei gr3 and it works great again on android 5.1 amazing edit works on zte blade android 5.1 aswell
Seams a lot of people don't bother reading descriptions, or visiting dev websites, before rating an app. This app is excellent at what it is supposed to do. I use the log files it generates to plot detailed points in Google Earth. Its a silly hobby...
The background of the bottom part of the display is dark gray and the text is black. This very bad choice. Make the font white or change the background to lighter color.
Just showed me a map with me in the middle and a line to just one so called antenna position which doesn't exist (it's large expanse of flat agricultural land.
Think its due for an update. Long load times and black dot showing one unknown Verizon tower at a time.
Absolute FAIL. I like the concept, but just got a blank map with my tower info. Needs lots of work. CDMA Hero
It would be ok of they would allow us to report when we were by a tower. As is its useless
Can't find towers, no signal strength. I unistalled and went back to OpenSignalMaps.
Would be great and 5 stars if it worked better on CDMA networks. Right now it seems very limited. I know that it is not the apps fault.
This app works great with my old phone and carrier using 3g. Sadly it does not work under my new phone/carrier which uses LTE.
Can NONE of you people in this Review section READ???! It very CLEARLY says in the Description that this App is no longer Supported/Updated. It's HIGHLY recommended to read descriptions for stuff you are about to download.. Seems like Common Sense. Also, they haven't (deleted) the App because it DOES still work. Just not on ALL phones..
