I already transferred money for the A Token but they didn't give me the Token, and i should buy the token again to start working. Haven't finished a single trip from this app. the customer care didn't do anything better, already email 3 emails for today but still, haven't got the response. give me the A Token or simply transfer my money back then i change the rating. thanks

I though the apps really free of charge, but then I have to top op prior to start working on the app.. Well, I have no idea how busy this apps on daily basis here in Bali.. Just an advice that you should give first 3 days free trial.. Sorry for bad rating, you better put on commission instead of package things, and yours is not cheap btw on this sort of pandemic situation.. Thank you 🙏

Hi, my apps always shutted down when i am trying to log in, i received the passcode through sms but the app keep shutted down
