Making good efforts to clean up and bring its mobile app up to speed, but there's still some work to be done. Some of the information overlaps in the app so you can't read everything on the page because of this. Secondly when viewing claims for some reason the most recent claims are not at the top, I've had to filter most recent everytime when this should be automatic. Thirdly I'd like to be able to not only search for in network physicians,but also schedule appointments with them in the app.

overall it's an okay app , I like that I can access my card offline so if for some reason I forgot to bring my insurance card I have it. I do have an HUGE issue with the HUGE menu button. It takes up half the screen and I cannot read some of my information because of it. the app also crashes very often usually while I'm trying to find a doctor. my biggest issue is that menu button it needs to be fixed.

this app is garbage. the buttons don't work, so God help you if you want more information than is posted on the initial screen. you can't filter, so you have to scroll through PAGES of information, and then zero drop down menus work. I downloaded this because the mobile site is a hot streaming pile of garbage, but the app is THE EXACT SAME THING.

The app won't let me log in - it just says Something Went Wrong, and tells me to call support. I've had an open ticket with support for over 2 weeks and have had absolutely no follow-up or resolution. The insurance had better be more responsive than this app and its support. Edit: I can finally get into the app and it works about 99% of the way. The app still throws an eror wben trying to view/edit Account Settings.

Had to download because Blue Cross Blue Shield changed their name. Uses the same log in information and supposedly you can use your fingerprint to log in (if you have them registered in your phone). After the first log out, it wont let me log back in. Also, there's no prompt for the fingerprint. Depending on when this happens it can be very inconvenient. A bit of a useless app if i can't log in.

It doesn't show: policy details, account number, benefits, coverage, amount paid, deductibles, claims, prescriptions, or my doctors. The navigation is awful. The only thing it can do is search providers, and it does a very poor job - without any useful filtering, background, board certifications, or reviews to find the right doctor.

Terrible app. I though united healthcare was bad, but Anthem takes the cake. You can't send messages becuase there a constant error message with selecting a subject, you can't view messages because there's another error. Trying to search for info and some doctors is useless. Lastly the app has minimal information. The only thing that works like it's supposed to is your Virtual ID card. i wish there was the ability for "0" Stars.

This app is constantly breaking down and freezing. This happens very often with no real solution of fixes to stop it from happening. Which in turn makes it hard for people to find care within their network, and actually use the Anthem service for what they're for. But I bet y'all already know that...

I apparently managed to setup my app and register an account without an email address. I tried contacting technical support with the number provided and the lady hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a supervisor for 30+ minutes who was just running me in circles, only to tell me there isn't an email address on file and he isn't able to do it. When you outsource your customer service, you never yield good results. The app is also slow and not intelligent when going back from a search.

I've found two bugs. When hit the Save button to confirm my "Text number," I receive no response whatsoever. I am also unable to save my fingerprint as a logon authentication method. I get an error message saying Android Fingerprint is filled when I do not believe this to be the case.

after the update, the app is not letting me search for doctors, even clicking on the type of dr I need - it wont pull anything up at all, displays an error. tried contacting support through message and a whole bunch of error messages displayed, wouldn't allow me to put a subject line so i couldnt send a message to support. fix.

Error meesage: looks like we can't complete your request. It could be one of the following reasons. -We couldn't find that account in our sysyem. - your information was incorrectly. - the account is not activated or is currently locked. - Our system isn't working the way it should. This app is a joke at least they should know what the error is. UPDATE: tried it on laptop web browser, same message. Uninstalling.

This app never works, I have yet to be able to use it to find any information. I can't look up doctors, services, or billing using the app. The app, when not popping up something went wrong, try again in a few minutes, is crashing.This app is a complete waste of storage space.

Download this app to find a primary care provider. ⮽ icon shows up all over the app. When I try to use the drop-down menus under filters, nothing happens so I can't actually filter results. Frustrating.

Extremely uninformative. They say the one ambulance service in our area is not covered and say there are attachments to a note sent to me. No attachments show. It also does not notify a user when there is a new note. I would neither recommend this app or insurance. Look elsewhere.

Nothing is accessible in the app. Prescriptions, claims, benefits, and ID cards all direct you to the website. I couldn't even access account settings without an error message. Totally worthless.

This app is always freezing, you cant get past the main page without it closing itself. Then theres the issue of trying to find a pcp and every doctor I call is actually NOT in network, or a specialist that can not serve a s a PCP. I have searched specifically just so I can schedule a yearly checkup, and this app is useless. They also list addresses that are actually minute clinic or urgent care and do not actually have those doctors on site.

App is easy to navigate, easy to understand, only dislike is when clicking on the info "link" only two lines are visible, last line is extremely hard to read. There's no background and the letters are white.

Can't even use the app for a chance of an honest review. Whenever I open it up I get a screen prompting me to download "Sydney" or to continue on the the Anthem Anywhere app. Neither option works and it's as if the screen has no functionality whatsoever.

App is very unhelpful. received an email saying I could pay a claim via the app, no such option. dont bother sending a message, you wont get a response. calling customer service is zero help either, kept me on the phone for 35 minutes having me click random options trying to find out where to pay. complete waste of time.

Not convenient. Cannot call member services from app. It says to call tech support but all they do is tell you to call the customer service number and tell you to use the web site to find it. They are oblivious to assisting with actually correcting the issue. Such a pain to have to pull out my card, find the number for what I need and manually type it in. Why can't I just do it from the app? Fix it please. Schedule a callback is broken as stated in other reviews. Message center gives an error

The app worked fine the first time I used it. Now whenever I go to log in the app loads but it is frozen on the login screen. It won't let me enter in my password, scroll down, or even click on anything such as forgot username/password....It would be nice to use if it worked on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge!

Slow, doesn't populate information/ work at all half the time. Information loops. tell you to go one place for info and then directs you back in circles. Manipulation and confusion at its best. Absolute garbage on every level.

Every time I try to use the app, something is either "unavailable" or "being fixed." Then there are the constant updates, which seem to do nothing at all, but the app won't load without updating, forcing me to use the website anyway. Doesn't seem like having the app is at all useful.

Not an effective app and needs way to much permissions. I can't figure out why it would need full access to all files, won't let your phone sleep and needs Bluetooth ability. Even after giving permission, the app itself didn't work well. It was constantly having errors and the providers page isn't up to date.

Works great as long as you're pre-registered, just like the mobile site. I was able to search for new doctors easily, access my card, and make payments. This is NOT the place to go to for extensive details. Would be 5 stars if there was a night mode or something that wasn't so freaking bright.

I'm able to sign in but since the recent update the app just freezes. I'm able to see the option for a tour on the new design but none of the options work. I can't view anything past this screen and it's become inconvenient.
