Anthem ARC Mobile
Anthem Room Correction (ARC™) is a proprietary digital signal processing system that allows you to quickly and accurately optimize the performance of your audio equipment to better suit the unique parameters of your room. By listening to your room’s acoustic signature, ARC can tune your equipment to correct for the performance-robbing effects (reflections, resonances, standing waves, etc.) of the various surfaces and other obstacles in your room. You’ll actually hear the difference ARC makes.

Does not recognize the microphone even though other software on my phone works with the mic. Not impressed with Anthem at the moment. Website to download ARC software to my laptop is not working at all. Thinking buying this receiver is a waste of my time. Quality control/support at the moment is a letdown. For the money I spent on this product and I can't even use ARC software. I'm starting to get the feeling this is a company not worth dealing with.
mobile app does not recognize brand new anthem arc microphone. Tied laptop, but I do not network admin access. I reached out to Anthem for a CD, they told me I have to use an open access laptop. I used another laptop, download does not work neither. force closes. frustrating...also will not work with Cox or Comcast remotes. will never buy Anthem again.
Doesn't reconize the Anthem mic, yet other apps do. I tried it on another phone with with same result. For the money I spent on the AVM60 I expect it to work. I email support but I haven't gotten a response yet. Luckily the computer software works.
Using a moto g5. Can't get past the initial calibration. Keeps saying too much background noise or not loud enough. My mic is functional, so don't know.
Works as advertised. Using Samsung S10+. People having issues - make sure to remove phone case and orient phone as shown in instructions.
Doesn't connect to microphone, the last update was in 2018, there's no support, paying for highend equipment that doesn't work is a joke. Come on Anthem fix you're APP please.
Amazing !!! Software correction makes a pronounced difference in performance and sound quality.
Tried several cables, a few USB-C adapters and ultimately my arc microphone is not found. Any suggestions from ANTHEM? Galaxy S-10+
Microphone also doesn't connect to my Samsung Galaxy S20. Come on Anthem, you've had a long time to sort this out. Why suffer the damage to your reputation?
Did not work. Arc is a waste of time. Very disappointed. Plan to return the Anthem 720.

Great app gave my system an amazing sound boost with my.martin logan sub
Ran the process but confused, this app ran perfectly on my galaxy tablet A 2016 but would not connect through my newer galaxy s8 phone, no idea why. Figured the phone would have a more accurate microphone, no bluetooth settings to configure on either device. Configured my Paradigm sub, needed to switch toggle on the rear of sub for the app software to find the device. Works with Paradigm subwoofer app that requires a seperate download. Configured the sub through both apps, sound output improved.
