App doesn't work. At all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and every time I open the app, it won't even allow me to type in my user password, let alone reset the password or anything else. Useless waste of storage on your phone.
the update ruined the app. all of the features that are advertised no longer work. when you try to use a feature a message pops up saying that the feature isnt available on the app and to go to the website
this app is as garbage as this insurance company. it doesn't notify you properly of incoming messages, and the messages can't be screenshotted and the attachments to the messages can't be opened--I have 3 pdf viewers on my phone and the app won't use any of them.
This app should get 0 stars. It doesn't work - the login screen is completely non-responsive and it's clear from the reviews that this issue and the inability to login are both widespread problems. This is completely unacceptable for a company that serves millions of individual customers and brings in billions annually. You guys can't hire or contract a decent app developer with just a tiny bit of your billions in revenue?
The app looks nice but it simply is not very functional. It's difficult to get the "ID cards" button to work and despite getting a claim confirmation through the app, my claim was never submitted. this app is only good as a reference that you should still double check.
Worthless . If I could give less than one STAR I would. about the only thing I can actually do on this app is login and that's it. Once I'm in everything is frozen I can't view my claims I can't view my dashboard I cannot click on anything that responds. I can sure see where all my premiums are NOT going!
Constant error messages, had to log in and out 4 times before I could get my payment to process. Better than the website however, as I cant even log in to the website at all.
"Care and Cost Finder" literally never works. Good luck finding an urgent care in an urgent scenario. Also, at the prompt to rate the app, "Love it" goes to this page, else the comments stay within the app.
Basically same review as everyone else. Cant even type in my password. App is perpetually frozen on sign in screen. It is worthless. I call customer service and am told to manage my FSA account through the app. Give me my money.
After opening the App, nothing works. You can see the login screen, but nothing selects so you can't log in at all.
What's the point of having an app where options like checking your ID card, claims, and prescriptions doesn't even work? Unfortunately useless until they decide to update and/or fix these issues.
most of the time I have to restart my phone before I can even get the login screen to respond. app is helpful when I can access- I do wish I could view full EOBs.
this app used to work, now the "upgrade" opens the app and then none of the buttons work, can't even take the tour of its "improved features"
How am I supposed to upload receipts for a spending account if the app always has an error code and a 1-800 number? The app is always down and doesn't serve the one purpose I need it for.
Pretty lame app. Everytime I try to log in it says SOMETHING WENT WRONG. Really? This review is for Version 8.0.239 which is the latest version to date.
I like the app overall. The only feature that is missing is the ability to view health insurance cards.
this app freezes as soon as i open it and i cannot click on anything in it much less log in. useless.
it gives me an error when trying to view my ID cards. I also can't reset my password on the mobile app.
Downloaded the app and tried to run it but it thinks my new Galaxy s10 is jail broken/rooted (it's totally not). Useless at this state.
There's so little here it's a total waste of time! Couldn't even get refills on my scripts!

Doesn't work. Try to login or change password and it keeps saying "something went wrong"
when i try to login i got an error says ''we don't allow login with a phone that is rooted or jailbreak'' my phone has never been rooted.
can't login. doesn't even give me a wrong password notification or any other error notification.
Horrible limited app. Not useful. Claim info incomplete and no way to print a list of claims or pharmancy meds or provider list.

Same as other App! Awful, Doesn't work and is Beyond ANNOYING. When I finally got it to accept my credentials after changing password on main anthem site repeatedly I'm finally able to log in. Then it has a pop up about using fingerprint login.Since I use it with most of my apps, I chose that. I discovered either choice I made it wouldn't let me exit the popup. I was never able to log in successfully-I want my BCBSGA App back! It Worked-I Hope the insurance is better than the apps!Ughhh🤬
