Can't seem to get in contact with anyone about the latest update, it keeps telling me that an update is available but when I go to Google play store there is no update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared my cache and storage but nothing is working. I do love the app, it's helpful and obviously useful, wanna give it 5 stars but I can't till I get the app back to working. Will give the appropriate stars when I can.
This website is horrible. It use to work for me(california) and now it tells me that my state isn't supported yet still says that California is a state thats supported. I try to log on on the website instead with my laptop and they can't find my account or it doesn't exist but I use to be able to log in so it makes absolutely no sense.
Very helpful app to help manage your medicaid account. Only issue I have is that a couple functions have failed to complete and/or acknowledge the completion of a function.
The most recent update has caused the app to be unusable. It tells me to update but I already have and there's no way to get passed the pop up. PLEASE FIX IT!
Can't get on anymore. And I emailed support and still haven't heard back. Can't get past the update or find care window. UPDATE: the email given for support doesn't even work. 🙄
App Broken since the last update. Continues to want to be updated. Uninstaller and re-installing does not work.
Since the new update it keeps telling me i need to update app in order to use it. I have reinstalled and already updated app . Restarted phone and still is giving me the same mesaage.
Won't work. Says app has an update but there's nothing. Can't make an account. Unusable so far.
Ever since I updated the application it will not let me sign in. It keeps saying that I need to update the application even though I already did. Please fix this.

It tells me that my state isn't supported and gives me a list of states it supports. However, my state (California) is one of the states on the list your app shows me is currently supported.
It keeps telling me to update the app but I've already updated the app. I can't update it any farther.
This app has potential. It does freeze alot and doesn't function properly in such a way that makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong everytime. I thought it was just me, but it looks like others are having same issues now, too. I like the rewards and activities hub. Self improvement in any way is a plus. When the app functions as planned, I will use it often.
sometimes the app crashes and I'm unable to log in and am only told Anthem is having technical difficulties sometimes for days even a week before but besides that it's great it shows when my prescriptions been filled and all the ones I've filled before
Very convenient to use as well as my information regarding claims as well as benefits including medication info is always up to date. I almost never have to call customer service with any issues I may have; the answer and or information that I need is always right there.
This website is great I thought that I would have had to stay on hold forever to handle anything with my Medicaid coverage but this app has made it so easy to get quick help either change your doctor cuz you moved or because your doctor retired you know or cards for you and your children whatever this app makes it easier and faster
the app is helpful but I do wish the benefits reward hub was fully functional because as of my first attempt to now, trying to claim rewards on activities completed, I have not been able to claim 1 dollar
Anthem used to be good. No it totally sucks. They put you on hold they hang up on you they blame everybody else for them not doing stuff for you. They deny your doctors prescriptions. You end up spending hours on the phone with no resolution. And their transportation is back in the ice age. They sub out everything so they deny everything. They get you late to your appointments if they even show up to get to your appointments and when you complain they hang up on you and when you do get a chance

Having insurance is very important for me and this has truly been a blessing. The app is very user friendly and does exactly what I need and what I'm looking for at anytime.
This App ALWAYS logs me out before I get a chance to finish using it. I literally have to log on for the fourth time and I've been trying to use it for a half hour now. I am really forgetful so if I am not logged in, I'm not going to even remember what I have to do... I've been trying go find a doctor for months and I get no where! I have serious issues all together and this app gets me no where. It's too complicated for someone like me.

I like to keep track of all my claims and before the update I use to be able to see all of them. Now I only see the ones that have been denied. Is this going to be fixed?
It has I love the fact that you can communicate directly with your health insurance when you are in need of information or services that your doctor cannot provide. UPDATE! I've changed my rating From ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To ⭐⭐ I can no longer access Medi-Cal on this app. It was my go to app, now it's gone away! I can't believe you would drop coverage for the largest Medicaid group in the country, Medi-Cal. At least I can still access my insurance information on the website.
I loved the app in the beginning, but now when I'm trying to access my benefit rewards it navigates to another sign in screen and everytime I enter my log in information it automatically resets and never actually logs me in... So I can't select the $100.00 Amazon gift card for getting the COVID-19 vaccine. I've called support for help but I get disconnected before ever speaking to a live person. Otherwise, I'm glad it was brought to my attention, I never knew those perks were available for me
Always quick, easy and helpful. I love being able to send an email and have a response from a knowledgeable living breathing human being in a descent amount of time. My hours are the same as theirs so something as simple as an email is a game changer for some of us, huge bonus that it's a real, helpful and nice person EVERY single time.

It's a great app when it works properly. Please fix the issue of it just closing out with no warning while in the midst of inputting information. Will change rating when issue is resolved. Thank you
App doesn't work as of today when I opened it it has a sub menu pops up that says we've updated and it gave two choices update or find care when you click update it takes you to the Play Store where it simply says open or uninstall then you just loop back and forth between those two screens. It's a shame the app used to work until this supposed upgrade. Fix-It
