This camera app is based on ICS camera app.So basic camera functions are supported.And this app supports silent mode.(But it may not work depend on your phone.)

It indeed create steady photos by taking 3 pics and mixing them. The problem for me is that the photos always got darker, some of them almost entirely black and app has no settings. Unusable

Works like it says right there on the tin, my only gripe being a somewhat clumsy interface for adjusting camera settings. Easy enough to adapt to with frequent use I would imagine -- but only using it now n again means repeating mistakes caused by a few non-standard user-interaction design choices.
It helps, I have a shaky hand. It takes one to many pictures making it really hard for me to hold it still. if it was adjusted to three images it would be a lot better for someone like me with a tremor. I think my next tablet needs a better camera. Edit 2/28/21 I just Uninstalled, sadlyit doesn't work on my new Galaxy tablet. It only opens in landscape mode and takes images in landscape.
