The recipes look amazing and healthy, however they are not AIP compliant for the strict elimination phase. Good recipes, just not what I needed.
How these recipes can claim to be healthy with that much sugar is a mystery. Very American, which probably explains all the sugar. Much better, healthier options available. Don't bother.
not AIP. every recipe had foods that you arent supposed to eat on an anti inflammatory diet. yeah the foods looked great, but we can't eat half of the things this app shows.
only a few recipes and too many ads. uninstalled 2 minutes after installing it. had a lot of lentil and chickpea recipes which I'm trying to avoid
Recently started using the recipes to encourage healthy habits in our family. Finding it difficult to specify vegetarian searches...
This app is terrible. It has good recipes but anything you click on opens an add. It's very annoying.
at first it looked great, but on closer inspection, tons of the recipes are full of inflammatory ingredients. nightshades? flour? nuts and cayenne pepper? this app is sadly a bit of a joke, and really should be renamed, it does not provide the recipes which the be implies
every time you click something an ad pops up. sorry but if you want recipes theres already an app for that. it's called Pintrest.
Excellent App - quick & easy. Feel Good Pineapple Smoothie - uuuhhmmm uhm Good! I was hesitant about the smoothie due to pepper and tumeric in the ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised.
the recipes are easy. and fun to make. i love this app, only thing wish they had more recipes.
Supposedly Anti Inflammatory recipes but in every recipe I have looked at so far there are ingredoents that are very inflammatory. Hoping i can find some that work. Would love to have a more comprehensive list of things to avoid and a search function.

This is really helpful. I was having a hard time transitioning into the anti-inflammatory and this helped me realize it was possible.
Tried one receipe so far. Loved taste, layout of receipe, quality of healthy food produced. Superb job!
One of the recipes was pound cake...A cup of butter, cup of sugar and over a cup of flour.. Terrible ingredients, sure to CAUSE inflammation !!!

Not AIP approved recipes. Found Nightshades, nuts and dairy in most recipes. Ugh... Disappointing!

This app has great recipes to keep inflammation down. Inflammation increases pain so eat better for your health
Good app but please add more recipies only about 12! I think more people would use if there was more

Since dealing with an arthritis diagnosis, I've begun trying to find all and any way to take on this battle. I have been a year following an anti-inflammatory diet. This app gives me fresh recipes to help me stay the course. I believe this will only help me continue my healthy course of action.
