I like this,because I have installed and deleted quite a few apps on similar topics, before I came across this one. Yes I like all the info here, and have tried a few of their recommendations and they have really helped me alot.
I love this app, i found remedies that i tried out. And they worked. Also went shopping for fruits and vegetables that would help give me a boost. Thank you!
Tried to filter recipes according to AIP diet but it said no recipes were found. Thought this App was for AIP. FYI: AIP means no dairy, grains, gluten, Nightshades, nuts, seeds, eggs, processed oils, legumes, sugar additives & sugar, etc. Therefore, your recipes should accommodate all of these restrictions.
Happy with the many varieties of meals I can can choose from.
The only actual AIP recipes (No nuts, grains, dairy, seeds, nightshade, eggs, refined sugars and oils) on this app are for Orange juice.

Gimmick. These recipes are NOT AIP compliant.
Reading all these comments it helps, what I noticed many said this is not anti-inflammatory, all foods needs to be gf they rob your nutrients, the seeds, nuts even rice needs to be soaked overnight, the veggies needs to be steamed if raw eat moderately, if nightshade then know what to do, search for more information of what to avoid, the how to do & what can I mix/combine -the high alkaline 80% & 20% acidity, that way you know how to use these recipes if you have to complain about it.
this isnt an aip app at all wow! be careful yall when using this app its full of inflammatory foods

Most of the foods in your recipes create inflammation such as potato tomato, very-inflammatory, kale, spinach, eggplant, sweet potato, capsicum, Goji berries, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and even others. Why do you tell people to eat these foods

Amazing healthy anti inflammatory recipes
Obnoxious lite jazz background music, hard to navigate to recipes, and most are premium content that you have to pay for. Not worth the effort to install.
I am planning a .herb garden so the .anti inflammatory in nicely b . Plants will fit in nicely .
I haven't been able to find a feature that lets me save a favorite recipe. It would be nice if they had more organized filtering options, like, by level of Wahl's protocol (eg. Paleo plus), or, rapid weight loss. . . I don't think that users care much about cooking method and that's a whole part of the app. The recipes look really good. A partnership with MyFitnessPal would be really awesome. I also love how users can contribute, but recipes need to be reviewed and vetted.
