AnTuTu CPU Master (Free)

After over 10 times I suspect that this application has definitely a backdoor that will allow the developer access your device. Besides the crashes, bugs, and some greefy stuff. For that I rater use other application that wont fail on me. Sorry to be so. But its just my opinion.

Why are people knocking the app for working correctly? There are far too many people saying that the clocks keep dropping. Well if your CPU was running at the set clock 100% of the time it would live a very short life. It under clocks the CPU when it is not under load (right after you set it) and will scale up with the load...

Used to have this app years ago on my Galaxy S2 and it worked flawlessly - finally installed it on my Note 3 and none of the settings will stick - stuck and unable to scale the CPU frequency, and cannot change the profile from 'interactive'. Have cleared the app data, reinstalled, ensured it is getting SU via root, nothing works.

Works okay on my Chinese tablet. Controls the tablet's rk3188 (quad core) just fine as far as governors and frequencies go. App has trouble setting secondary attributes like governor parameters and i/o settings; changes made to these don't always carry over between reboots or even after closing and restarting the app.

This app won't run and says it needs root access but Antutu says it has root access! They also refer me to Unlockroot dot com which is also useless since it has to be run in Windows on a PC! I don't think any of these guys know what they are doing!

I kept on changing my frequency everyday, because it kept on going back to default which annoys me,. It is already on 'set on boot' just in case my phone restarts but everyday it still goes back to default, please fix

I have a rooted device and I 've permitted cpu tuner. But the cpu frequency amd governor settings doesn't change after the reboot.

I think this app hates my phone, keeps underclocking my phone for no reason when I'm using apps and it keeps making them foreclose for that reason. Tell me exactly what is going on. Is actually very aggravating.

I used it and it sped up my android. But only a little. It increased a few fps in my games. But still, It's great free app which has no side effects.

When set as On boot, will hangctablet, even thought settings work as tested. All I changed was govenor back to on demand from fantasys

If your phone started getting problems after use, it's not their fault you screwed up.

Handle little app with all the basic settings. They don't always stick though, could be my custom kernel though.

seems to work select powersave keeps it at set minimum power and same for performance, ondemand works fine as does other, have my suited setup with gpu sheduler on stock rooted S3 no problems checked with CPU Z

Awesome app for Sony Xperia e dual and xperia Z2 (lollipop) for getting the most of the CPU/GPU. Highly Recommended!

It says GPU control isn't supported, but I can control it with trickster mod.

It doesnt work work on my tablet. But it works in all my phone :( After Changing the Cpu, and reopen the app. The CPU will go to its default :( I have quadcore

On my rooted Verizon gs5 although bootloader still locked it shouldn't matter. The app won't properly control the cpu. It changes on it's own very often regardless of the setting. Maybe it's the 4 cores?

Caused my Arnova 7hG3 to freeze, I'm hoping the battery runs out and it resets OK, and it better not be bricked.

Ok, yes! Must admit, maybe I'm on not-so-regular hw. here: MK802III (aka. RK8133 quad-CPU w. Neon GPU, 2Gb RAM / 8Gb ROM, rooted Android v4.4.2) TV-stick wich are becomming more common these days.. Unfortunately NO GPU support (yet), if even possible. It boosts my CPU just fine I THINK (If the vallues are CORRECT that is; ~1.. 1.4GHz!) and works even boot resistent.. Your benchmark shows ~19600 score but my GPU is still WAY below average.. This said, I still think this app HAS potential! Just patiently waiting for SUPPORT, ehh.. I might have an 8-core CPU by then.. If you're keeping up, I'll rate it a FULL 5 STAR!

I was looking forward to use this app but doesn't work, I can't set my own cpu frequency, it keeps getting it back too 1ghz full... Unnistalling...

Nice. I really liked the app. Too bad my device doesn't support gpu control though... Still the app is awesome.

The settings for the application don't stick as they should. When I leave the phone on its own, the CPU songs fall to subpar levels.

Antutu Cpu Master is "The Best" for CPU Tuning, Period ... It helped me heaps giving better performance when waking up from a sleep state.! - PLUS, when U set it, it actually HOLDS, unlike the others, I can't praise this DEV enough for the excellent app he has produced here!! - HTC Sensation XE, Rooted, Custom ICS Rom running @ 1.836Ghz flawlessly!! 8-))

This widget is biblically EPIC. IDK of any other app that comes close. I use on all my devices, it works on all ROM's. Even though I'd love an update, it's 5*

How exactly do I use this application? What do each section inside mean? e.g. sampling rate, I tried to change the number higher but it went back. Can I change the min to 800MHz? What effect does it have? I have no idea on this.
