Lot of improvements are needed. App does not work smoothly. Lot of times I get errors and it takes time to load (not a phone/Internet issue). Even right now I am getting error - "Something went wrong. Please restart the application." I reinstalled the app and still same error. There is no option to rearrange your photos. Plus sometimes I see same profile twice in a row or old profile at top in new matches list.

Developer please take note after the latest update. The diet, lifestyle filters are not showing up for selection. The headers for the section are visible the optional selectables subcategories are missing in the Android app. I don't know if this done on purpose or if it's a bug. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app has not fixed this issue. Kindly look into it. Also the prospects and their families are also full of bugs and act like marriage is a beta test. This I don't think you can fix.

App requires improvement. It shows same profile many times. Also, same profile is shown when we scroll down the page. The technical team has been informed many times but yet the issue is not fixed. Even, the screenshots of above mentioned problem had been sent on mail and also communicated many times, but it is of no use. So, I will not recommend to any people,in my contact, to use this app.Further, they charge for everything even though the people has taken yearly subscription. So, not good app

Extremely slow app. It just keeps loading when trying to open any of the 'types of matches, profie views' etc. The information on the website and the app does not sync always even after waiting for days. Thus, the user is forced to fill the information separately on the website and the app.

User interface is worst and even after describing expectations, I can't see any person matching my expectations. It shows the people who are not even close to my expectations. Very time consuming process to go and check everyone's profile again and again. Worst match making ever.

The filters which were previously available for Diet, Drink, Smoke, Mangal and Nadi are no more available with the latest release. Also wanted to suggest a filter for 'Nakshtra'. It would be very useful to sort the profiles based on 'Nakshtra' as well.

Highly disappointed, very bad app, no correct algorithm, how can you show same profiles in potentially matches all the time, no functionality to delete messages, no proper guidance given, i would recommend people to find your partner at work place, collage etc because people here are doing business instead of marriage fed up

With the latest version, the kundali matching feature doesn't work. On clicking the Start Match button, the app is stuck at the loading screen and nothing works. Can't even go back. Please fix this ASAP.

This is an ideal matrimony app. The user interface is intuitive. User experience is superior. As an improvement, I would suggest to allow contact creation in the phone. Currently, l have to copy phone number, open the Contact app, type the name of the person, and paste the phone number. With contact creation, these hassles will go away.

If you decline q person by mistake.... there should a way to accept them back. Also once we reject a person, it still appears in incoming interest.... please work on improving this...once rejected it be removed from incoming list and move to declined list.

Solve buffering issues , strange hangs on wifi and sometimes works on mobile data and vice versa. chat message window needs improvement multiple chat notification are received but on tapping the messages chats are not visible.solve these issues to improve your user experience

It's irritating to navigate in this app. In many cases, "back" button doesn't take you to the previous screen. Very unfriendly. Sluggish. Scrolling & tapping gets mixed up. Photos don't fit in the frame; instead top 50% photo is shown! Saving a search filter and editing it is a nightmare. There is something called as UX design which Anuroop should learn. It seems that some existing (web?) app is made to run on mobile device. A good thing is that good profiles are available for selection.

Everytime i am looking into something...for e.g. new matches, if i open a profile & go back to searching it does not get back to the same profile, it get backs to the start of the list again and then i have to repeat the process for every profile. please fix this. Also, one more suggestion - Please add a filter of 'Native Place' or Home, so that it becomes easier to search the people from our hometowns or the place we wish for. The app crashes many times while searching, please fix this too.

Worst Android app experience! The UI is so so so slow and no matter how many times I have upgraded it the performance is still pathetic. I'm not sure if the people who built this have even tested it before launching. The search hangs many times and I have to reboot this app again and again and again. Sometimes I just get fed up! The good thing about this app is I find the profiles genuine and that is probably the only reason I have stuck with them by using their "one year paid membership".

when checking out profiles, the app slows down and freezes after a bit. cannot get to the end of the search. nothing wrong with the phone as this problem doesn't occur with other apps. while typing text messages, the whole message is not visible for final checking before sending.

On several occasions the app doesn't even load up. Extremely slow response. It is not specific to or limited to just one device. Tried with multiple devices but the same issue persists. The company needs to seriously look at investing time and money in load balancing and auto scaling, depending on the requests received.
