It would be good if you had a seperate section for making notes. Every thing else is good.
No other app like it. Worth the download. I wish they had a single button for yes no. Push it for yes and leave it blank for no. I also would like to customize what questions it asks, for instance being able to select a select amount of questions from a large list in the settings. This would be fine even if these options were behind the premium version. Great job guys behind the app. Keep updating it.
The ability to quickly add detailed data about our condition is great. The data is relevant and professional enough for our therapist. However, the way we can export is very poor. The weeklies don't export the positivity records. We cannot export the history records, both calendar and list view (which would be the most important view for the therapist). Exporting the analysis is OK. Everything we write should be exportable. Interface should be better, the rest of the UX is OK as is.
Easy to use, and helps to set your mind to ease. Third day of using so far
This app is at best mediocre. It's easy to rate your anxiety and gives you the perfect options. It's nice you can make notes while doing a check in, it would also be nice if the app would save the information you give it. Seeing as I have a terrible memory the notes and check ins worked for me, but unfortunately I found myself deleting the app several times due to it not saving my information. Rather disappointed as this was the best one I had found, only to see that it doesn't work.
I really like this tracker and so does my therapist. I wish there was an easy way to create a printed report for your history that included the notes and a way to view history without having to edit it. Something happened in the last day to cause the little anxiety days to be red and the high anxiety days to be green. Not sure what is up with that.
Bit rubbish really, Anxiety is new and I'm struggling terribly. I'm trying to figure out triggers and I find writing a daily log helps. But! This app has no tracker or graph as standard, they want you to pay. Even samsung health comes with free tracker for steps etc. I need a visual to help me assess and so this app and every other Anxiety app I've tried fail as nobody does the tracker for free.
On first glance this looks like the app I want, and I look forward to the full export abilities, per someone else's review. Two things: I'd love to be able to set multiple reminders per day, and I while I can't afford a subscription, I would pay a one-time payment to get rid of ads.
I really like this app because it is helping me. I love that it has all the features to help people overcome their bad thoughts. It also records a week's data so you know how your feelings are progressing. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is going through struggles and needs an app to help them overcome it.
The last update made the daily tracker too easy to click through. Now I just hit a single button and skip through everything. Before I had to go through several pages which made me pause and think. More streamlined is not always better.
I was initially turned on to this app as I saw the pie graphs in the description. Im upset that you have to go premium for this feature as a lot of other aps have similar features for free. Deleting a keeping my old apps unless the issue is fixed.
Would be nice to link to a fitness tracker. Also needs a calendar widget, or similar widget. Not too convinced on spending 40+ dollars on a premium subscription, add more features or provide additional info on what is included.
Very helpful, you guys did a great work with this app
You can only use the top 3 for free but it's great for wanting to write in and marking the calendar for you.
