Very frustrating app! When I first bought my camera doorbell, it was a faff to set up, but I eventually got it set up. If the camera is on and movement detection, the batteries don't last very long. So it ended up being basically just a doorbell. I had to have the battery replaced on my phone, so had to add the device all over again, but this time the app just wouldn't work. The device paired with my phone, but wouldn't finish detecting my phone or read the code. I've given up!

Good enough but needs tweaking. Could do with being able to choose the notifications for motion and doorbell ring that is unique to the app or you can't tell the difference between other phone notifications. Also I don't always get notified soon enough and by the time my phone goes off whoever it was has given up and left my door. If you could improve these things this app would be perfect.

It does not give you the option to seperate the notification for the motion sensor and when someone rings the doorbell. It is annoying to receive a notification, especially if you have it set to call in, everytime something goes by. If I turn the notifications off then I do not receive any alert when someone rings the doorbell. Everything else about the app seems good.

Won't connect half the time to the internet and I've got to reboot it. Seeing it's a security cam, one needs split second connection as to catch someone stealing or worse!! This app makes a good camera bad. I'm not as concerned with playback recorded footage but that only works half the time as well. I hope this new update fixes these issues!!!! Mainly the connection issues!

love this low budget, same as ring, doorbell. only one thing i would comment on is the motion detection. It is very sensitive and notifies me any time a car passes my house. By the end of the day I have dizens of snap shots and the battery gets drained quickly. I would like to be able to adjust the sensitivity or the distance the camera picks up motion.

Waste of money!! Doesn't always provide snapshot when someone rings the doorbell. Takes a long time to actually record who is at the door! Works pretty good for $40 except if a delivery driver rings the bell, it takes about 15 seconds for the notification to hit my phone then when I pull up live video, the person is already gone! Of course it doesn't save the pic or video clip of who it was so 🙄 its useless to me. Will buy Ring as soon as I can!!

Camera/doorbell seems great. The app needs some help, or I need more info about the settings I guess? Would like to know what some of the settings are for, i.e. 'cruise'? And lower movement detection would be helpful, as any slight breeze moving the corner of our flag into view sets it off. Also,my doorbell came with the indoor chime (excellent), so volume control, or option to turn off doorbell ring would be great, as it is VERY loud (as is talking to someone standing there).

Weak. This AnyHome app should provide the same level of functionality and control options as the Orbit Doorbell app (reference its manual). Both utilize the B30 doorbell but AnyHome has half the functionality - when it works that is. Wished I'd have discovered Orbit before buying this one. (Unfortunately, they're not interchangeable.) My experiences with AnyHome are the same as the negative ones listed herein. Save your time and money - avoid this one.

Easy to use app with cloud storage. Excellent. Can be used to pick up video and other things to be able to analyze later especially if there has been activity. You can use the call function which will contact you as if it were a phone call on your cell phone. But, it does overlay over all apps upon a fuse. Cloud storage allows for 8 second feature downloads. Anything larger requires an SD card. MicroSD. Will be able to analyze up to 32GB. That can be downloaded if for any reason it is required.

set up and installation was easy. door bell and video works fine. pir works well and so does IR mode. It would be good if it recorded more-than 8 secs per video though. I would like to be able to adjust door bell ring volume so I can have the door bell on low but the separate plug in bell sounder on loud. Also cant scroll back on timeline of video it just resets back to live footage. Also no idea what the cruise button does...better instruction on app would be good. Otherwise it does the job ok.

App is awful, playback just stopped working and hasnt worked for weeks despite uninstall/reinstall/device reset....All round it's quite slow to react. Notifications come in a minute or so after there has been activity and video playback stopped working after a while. PIR detection also temperamental and slow to pick up movement. It's now more of a deterrent than a functional security doorbell.

I very rarely actually get to see a video. I can see in the timeline when there was something recorded, but the app will never play it back. Seems pretty pointless to have the camera if you can never see what it supposedly recorded. The device is fine, I think, but the app completely ruins it.

So far not good. Worked 1st day. Then nothing. Cant connect except for WIFI in house. That doesnt do any good when away. Very slow when it did work. It sent alerts saying there was activity but nothing on the disk to see. Eithe a poor app or poor camera wifi. WIFI is so slow someone would leave before app opened, alerted you and then passed the audio. Not like RING TV commercials. Waiting on Tech support to either help correct the issues or send it back.

It has good picture quality. WiFi is very weak. And this probably causing the delay in the phone app with notification. No option for switching OFF or change the bell sound on the doorBELL, it may be annoying. Short buzz will be more then enough. The mobile app DO NOT SHOWN if the CHIME BELL is ON or OFF or if is connected anyway.

After reading the app reviews I was less than confident that my video doorbell would work properly. I had no problem at all setting up the doorbell and everything works as described. The one review stating you had to be home to use the interface between camera and phone really concerned me. Again I had no problems. I'm able to recieve pics live and recorded videos from my office, car or anywhere I have my phone. After buying an SD card and two batteries I had it working in less than 10 Minute

The doorbell unit itself is good. Quality video pic. What makes it useless for security is the app. It is poorly designed and dysfunctional on Galaxy S9+. Alerts come thru fine from PIR but when trying to view footage it reverts straight back to the original clip from when it was first installed on the door, despite repeated attempts to view new footage and a 16Gb card installed. Am assuming app was made by person who does not have English as first language. Probably works fine in China :-(

The app is total garbage!! PIR notifications constantly with every little movement it picks up. I have the setting on low but yet it still pick up EVERYTHING! Reaction time is waay off from notification to when you open the app. The app won't let you scroll back in time, it keeps moving to live mode. It doesnt record anything unless you hit record and you have to leave the app open. I will definitely be sending back for a refund and buying a RING that actually works!!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

plus side = camera and pictures are great. But ......The app is slow to connect even though I have fast internet connection. The app needs some major work done on it.... otherwise it's just a expensive doorbell. sort the app and bugs out ,and you will have a great piece of kit , very disappointed..☹️ Has anybody found an alternative app that works well with this kit please? After last update 30/3/19 app is almost useless...... 🚮

Rubbish. Not bad for the price but stopped holding any charge after a few months. Now won't connect to the app at all. I looked to update the app Anybell only to find it didn't exist - vanished without trace. After some research I found hints that this app Anyhome is a replacement so I downloaded and tried to reconnect. Nope. Hours later I gave up as it just buffers and disconnects. I now have a useless piece of plastic lying around until I throw in the bin, destined for landfill. Avoid.

This app has problems. It connected to my doorbells after some fiddling with permissions and switching my network to 2.4 ghz. Had any real instructions been provided this wouldn't have proved an issue but this is where the app truely fails.. instructions! There is no explenation of settings. The app itself is finicky. I'm getting notifications constantly for no reason then when I know someone is there i get 0 notifications. Will not save video to SD, only cloud and that is intermittent.

Only a three because think it won't connect to my wifi. Won't pair with phone. Not sure if that is blocking camera from working. Had luck that it switched to my 2G. Camera worked at first setup but bringing back inside, still won't pair & camera view now not viewing. If I don't get it hooked up, at least outsiders think they are being videoed and not break in or steal. Ring I think is compromised but SimpliSafe I feel better with if I switch doorbell.

It took forever to connect and set up. I followed all instructions and allowed the app to access everything. I havd the volume at max for the annoying beeping to connect. The camera said that its connected and wont do anything after that. Once it did connect, it was fine for 23 hours. Then i couldnt see anything from the door in my phone. Constantly refreshing and not connecting. I uninstalled the app and tried everything all over again and it wont connect. Dont use and dont buy.

Cheap video doorbell works, good video, wireless ring, etc. But this app is bad. I see this same author has written about 5 different apps with 1 star reviews for several different China produced video doorbells. This developer needs to get better. I get delayed notifications, can rarely watch video it recorded and there's no easy timeline tools. There's virtually no documentation either on what does what with the app. You have no recourse though if you buy a Wonbo smart video doorbell there's no other option but to use this dev's poor app.

Absolutely a don't buy item. The instructions are horrible, the application crashes every time I tried to connect to Door camera device on my phone. 5-25-20 update After looking into the problem one last time before I sent the camera back I realized that there are tons of application that are garbage they share a similar name but the developer is different. This developer actually got it right for the most part.
