--How is Anyride different form other rideshare comparison apps?--
Only Anyride lets you see all exact fares and call them without having to open another app.
--How do recent locations work?--
Anyride will save all ride destinations to "Recent Locations". You can swipe left on any recent location to rename it, add it to favorites, or delete it. You can also clear all your recent locations in "Settings".
--What is Quickride?--
Quickride is the fastest way to call a ride to a common location. First, set which types of rides you're okay with in settings. Next, long press any of your favorite or recent destinations. Once the fares load, the app will countdown from 5 then call the cheapest option! Quickride is powerful, so be careful! If you mess up and don't press "back" quickly you might end up with a ride you'll have to cancel!
--Can I see the ride in the Uber/Lyft app before calling it?--
Yes! Just long press on the fare from the comparison view and it will open directly in the app. Note that the price may change slightly when opening it in the native app, whereas calling it directly from Anyride is guaranteed to get you the shown price.

Anyride's mission is to promote a healthy and competitive transportation marketplace within the United States. Americans are fortunate to have multiple rideshare options. In many countries around the world, ride hailing apps have been monopolized so that there's only one overpriced option. I originally gave this app a 1 star review as I had reason to be suspicious of the reviews and that was for the app itself and not how it worked. I have now used it a few times and have to say that I am impressed. I have been able to get Ride Share prices then with one click I am taken to the relevant Ride Share app, where the price is exactly the same. One time Uber had surge pricing when Lyft didn't and there was a considerable difference.
Downloaded the app for Vegas and everytime I selected the ride it would say expired fare. I would then goto the specific companies app (Uber or Lyft) and would find the ride cheaper than listed on Anyride. This was for several different rides and I then just resorted to opening each companies app and comparing prices on my own.
I gave two stars this time instead of one because you replied to me about my one star review. Your "bug" wasn't fixed... I still am prompted to add my drivers license for linking Lyft. My map app does what your app does I think... But can't compare because your app doesn't work. I can't give a better review on an app that is faulty. BTW it looks like it's ok because the Google Play shows no reviews. I guess you get some freebies?
false advertisement. on anyride the uber was $17 and on uber it was $18 and the same goes for lyft i guess you could use it just to see how much they each charge but then you would have to just go in the into each app anyways to double so why even use this. waste of time. just another person trying to make money off an app
I love this app. I've been waiting for something that does this for years. There were a few things that claimed to do it in the past like Bellhop but i always had problems with them. This is the first one that works well for me. Definitely saves me time, thanks.
Use to work great but map stopped loading so could not input a destination. Taking it off my phone until it's fixed, which I doubt will happen. HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE AUGUST 2019
App was working perfect but for some reason my lyft app doesn't sync. Tried restarting, tried uninstall/reinstall, nothing. Such a shame. This was once a very helpful and useful app. Uninstalled!!!
doeant link with lyft. asked for my "drivers license" (I assume they mean dl number). put it in and app crashed. rebooted and they didnt ask for drivers license but instead juat popped up an error that said "there was a problem using your phone number." I had entered my mobile number, the only one I have. This app is.... not good.
it will not allow you to enter the digits for a US phone number. well it wouldn't let me enter a 310 (prevents me from entering all the digits) phone number. but it does allow me to enter my 949. Very bizarre
I just tried to use anyride and got both my lyft and Uber accounts suspended because of it. When I entered each account into the app I got a notice of a new log in and when I tried to get a ride I got an error in the app. Then I tried to use both apps and got an error. When I contacted Lyft they said that my account was suspended because I had violated their terms of service but wouldn't tell me which. I was left stranded at an airport.
I commute to work and back daily using rideshare and used to check both every morning and evening. Anyride saves me about 3 minutes each time now, so math says Anyride saves me more than a day every year.
This app is amazing. The amount of money I've saved on trips being able to compare uber and lyft in one convenient place is remarkable.
really dumb app. it ask me for licenses to connect and I did enter it and it still won't give me access to lyft. dont think I would use it any more. also there's no way to contact anyride about this glitch. not a fan. Will not install again.
w/o Dont waste your time with this app, I could never open it. I kept getting 'unfortunately app has stopped working' every time I tried opening it.
This application is better than using Uber's Android application because there is no nag screen blocking the map as in Uber's software. This is clean and simple and for that reason alone I prefer using this.
Since the recent update the developers have listened and fixed the issue where uber prices weren't displaying for my city. Now its working great!
Absolute s**t! Every link this app directs you to is broken. COMPLETELY USELESS, SCAM, BULLS**T! If I could vote no stars or less, that is where my rating would begin and end! COMPLETELY starless!
Great app !!! my friend always gets higher prices on uber than lyft, but i always get higher prices on lyft. very interesting to compare.
I tell my passengers to use this app. would give it five stars except it was a pain to login with uber...i forgot my password and had to reset it.
It wouldnt ever find my dropoff it just kept spinning and showing locating. When i used this app before it wss great. Now not so much
Does not give Uber option. I have tried to link my Uber app multiple times but whenever I use the app search for a ride, I only get the option for Lyft.

seems cool but won't let me sync my different numbers per account. I have lyft on my Google voice number and Uber on my sim number and it seems like it'll cancel each other out.
I haven't been able to link my Uber account, yet Lyft was linked just fine. Sort of defeats the purpose of the app.
unable to link Uber. I keep on getting invalid password even though I know it's the right password. UPDATE I am updating my review and stars. I was finally able to link to uber and now the app works like it is supposed to. makes it easier to compare cost in both uber and Lyft. now I don't have to jump between both apps.
