Hi, It's an good app, it's motion detection feature is very useful but I am facing an issue in motion detection. Motion detection range is limited it should detect any motion from all view Port currently working in limited area, better you guys provide an option to select area where user wants to receive alarm when there is any motion detected and light should activate for same area. This will help alot to secure certain places of anybody home.

there's something very sketchy about this application. I can't view my video feed but yet the this app keeps on popping up in my background and then when I try to send them feedback, the app freezes. I click send and nothing happens. I can't send the feedback to let them know that their app is highly dysfunctional. I'll be uninstalling this app however I can't find any other app that works with my device. ICSEE PRO AND ICSEE ARE THE SAME APP. WHY SO MANY?

I feel that the app could offer a few more settings and options but is pretty good for controlling my security camera. The major complaint is that it puts significant drain on battery. This needs to be looked at in future release.

works really well with our doorbell, video quality is good, sound is good just a bit laggy on alerts but I think thats par for the course with these things as they are at the mercy of the vagaries of the internet. If they could hook it up with Alexa it would be perfect.

Devices reboot all the time, video gets stuck, sometimes won't open at all.. a lot of bugs. In update it says "some known bugs", I dont think there was any update done, only date was updated. App has a potential, but needs a lot of work.

I bought 7 cameras but I cannot use this application. After logged in. I cannot find my devices in foreign countries. If the time difference is 1 or 2 hours. It worked. But more than 2 hours. It did not work. I tried 4 different kind of android smartphone. But all did not work. I also bough 2 more different company's camera with different applications. These 2 cameras work well. I can control from other countries. But Anysee does not work. . Do not buy this camera. Just waste of money.

I bought a camera on wish and I've been writing wish from January 19th to date and no one intends on resolving the issue or giving me my money back. I've detailed to them that this app does not work when it comes to setting up the camera, I've showed them evidences and all they have done is assign new reps, close the ticket each time, and not resolve the issue. Do not buy any cameras that have to do with this app becausit might be a 50-50 chance that you are successful.

It constanly runs in background even when I sign out or close app. It always runs my battery down. When I'm away from home and not on wifi it keeps using all my data. I only pay for 1G per month and before this app I never ran out of data. Now I use all my data in one day!

I did a lot of rebooting the system. The night ir use to work. Now it is total darkness. I am done with the hair pulling. This camera is junk. Don't waist ya money. Junk, junk and more junk. Guess it time to look into a better camera. Garbage bound for this on. Lol

Working Good, Easy setup. Please add option to save multiple preset camera positions in future updates. I couldn't figure out the cloud setting

stopped saving pictures, but sends notifications of activity. pls fix .Works Great with cameras that work right. Instructions on adding cameras please. also like link for cameras that work night motion 1080p. the cameras were the problem🤪

The motion detection function still doesn't work after I get the newest version (12.17) it keeps showing "it didn't receive the alarm photos"

Unreliable. Add another camera you loose alarms. My wife downloaded the app and she has more features than the very same app I have, we have identical phones?

Great camera, just a little more difficult to setup in other apps on a PC. Mobile apps work great!

Absolutely pathetic, keeps making itself run in the background and uses all my battery in 2 days. Pity my camera uses this app because the other app ise is 1 million times better

its been 3 hours that this app hasnt sent registration code so I cant even use it.. I have checked every single folder including spam edit: still doesnt work day 2

cameras hook up to the Wi-Fi app does not so I can't see the cameras. so everything is useless.

Yep can't connect an Android Huawei P20 Pro to a camera using this app, Apple app work's though! Not a good experience

This is the worst app I have ever dealt with it is very and user-friendly and just refuses to work properly

make your apps alarm settings to human detection only......irritating if the alarm notifies me of moving cats and dogs also insects!!!

any time app gets an update i will have to add cameras all over again. ni matter if camera is in europe and i am in usa. stupid app. stupid cameras. will never mess up with this guys again. do not recommend

pore program will not find wifi server as Bluestacks is engrave in the wifi box and will not let you in to change it

App has stopped sending notifications and if asked via feedback link and got no help.
