The service is great & I like the local office staff who handle our mail. But the app has issues like every month. Today, when I choose an action on any of my inbox items, whether open & scan or recycle or shred, it logs me out with an Expired Session notice. Prior issues: blurry scans - problem with Anytime Mailbox, not local office's scanner; and scans not able to be viewed in app. Support says the way to resolve these issues is to delete the app & reinstall hours later - super inconvenient!
It's a pretty simple interface. Still not sure if it is any better than just using their web interface. Definitely looks as if it is designed by beginners. It takes a few too many taps to get some things done and things aren't entirely intuitive. But, it's not as if I could choose a different app.
The interface is simple and it works.. The service they provide has been top notch, hit a few buttons wait a few hours for the time difference get a confirmation of what I wanted to do is done, couldn't be any easier...
I love using Anytime Mailbox! Having a virtual account to manage my mail before I pick it up is a great feature, and I like the benefits of computer use, color printing, laminating and notary public. A wonderful service for sure.
It works great, except the list shakes around uncontrollably when I try to scroll through the Inbox. (Standard Android 10 phone, with all other apps working great).
Was a 5 until the ability to complete your mail pickup disappeared. I keep getting mail incurring charges even after I have picked up my items. I remember the option being available. Not anymore.
No longer stuck on a dark screen spinning away. I've sent some enhance feedback in regards to mail forwarding requests.
They partner with another company so they are able to hide and steal from your accounts. There is no way to contact anyone. Gold coast claim to not have any contact for a business they are partnered with. Anytime mailbox steals money/funds from your account. They stole from me then lost my mail then stole money again. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
The store people are great. The Ap does not work. I have 5 pieces of mail and they say I have 50 forwards. Then screen is stuck now. You have some serious issues that have been going on for monthsm
This is a great app that makes managing your mails easy and convenient, only if they could add the ability to manage multiple mailboxes.
Terrible service. I payed everything they asked for notarized document that I did and they canceled account for no reason. The cost for notary was $80 as I an out of US. They do not want to refund money. Scam service. DO NOT BUY IT!
Does anyone else have problems with blurry images on the new Samsung Note 10+? Two phones, same results. Was working great on my Galaxy S9s. Cant even read addresses now.
This app does not let you add addresses to your address list. Unfortunetly you need a PC for that. Why?
App is designed to be user friendly, but performance is lacking. It is generally quicker to just use your browser than the app.
After I pick up or request that mail be shredded or recycled, I have to wait for someone to mark that done and then remember to look in another folder, called completed, that serves no purpose, and delete the already removed mail again or I get charged extra.
We cannot change our forwarding address in the app. We have to call to manually have it changed every time.
Don't use you card with this scammer. I have stopped there service for more than 3 months, they still charge my card every month till now. I have send email to them several times to ask them stop and also ask my credit card charge back my money, they charge my card this month again.
Anytime mailbox should be called NO TIME FOR YOU MAILBOX.They add all kinds of fees to your bill and freeze your account and won't offer any support untill you pay the falsified fees. JANZIA DASIG the completely incompetent customer service rep blatantly ignores your inquiry about the fees emails you the exact same templated email .maybe they should have Amazon or even the US Postal Service retrain their employees
I can't view the images. It does yell me when packages arrived. But, can't view the images at all.
Doesn't show mail in mailbox very annoying having to drive to the postnet everyday! This idea is a failure.
DO NOT waste your time. Can't even reach anyone on the phone and they gave me a phony address that had a vacant building
The app will not install on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. It just gives an endless pending error. This is a poor app that has wasted my money.
This is always offered because I look this up all the time. I just change my mind. It sounds great however so 5 stars.

💀Absolutely toxic customer experience. Useless app 🤖, incompetent staff 🤡, absent support 👻. My life is shorter for having trusted this circus.
one week passed still my mailbox not activated. in addition to get an id is not possible, dmv system see the adress but never find out the unit number you have...

App will NOT log into service. I can only log in on the website. App is useless! I tried forceably stopping it, then clearing the Cache and the Data. No luck! I did it again, plus uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck! It won't let me log in. In the help screen, it had a no internet pop-up, briefly. But EVERY other app and browser accesses the internet and works perfectly! This app is literally the only app with an issue!!! It is non-functional, and useless! I would rate it zero stars!
