Anytime Pediatrics

Major bugs that make this app useless. My microphone & video were turned on but weren't working in the app & had to reschedule the appointment. Then, it just completely glitched out, it won't load & gets stuck in a reloading cycle. I had to go into my phone's app settings menu to do a force stop on the app because it kept reopening itself when I tried to close it. Very frustrating.

Horrible app. Not user friendly. Takes forever to register. Then when I need to add information, like relationship to parent, the app does not allow you to type. And the drop down menu doesn't drop down. So I can't even complete registration. (And that's after spending all the time setting up.) Adding brothday is also a real pain. Useless app and a waste of time.

It really needs to have some sort of notification, more than it presently has....so we know when the call merges. First time disconnected, and almost missed it because of a lack of notification... The 2-4 times needed to stop and reset the appointment queue, hadn't shown me I had dropped appt. Finally, I got to talk to the Doc...and it was great.

I like the idea of allowing medical professionals to talk to patients remotely with audio and vision, and freeing each hospitals from making their own system! That said, this app was at unusable state unfortunately the time I used on my Android (2020/10). Once those issues resolved then I can imagine the app will be in a good shape. 1) Biggest problem: Video call hang (we ended up switching to another tool) while both the physician and us were in the office/home where Internet must be stable. 2) When signed in to an appointment room, a chat automatically starts (That's a great feature IMO). I left some messages because I didn't see the other party chimed in. Then I switched view on the same app to make sure I didn't misunderstand the time the appointment started. Then came back to the chat and I found the chat history is gone, at least on my end. I don't know if the person in the appointment still saw my msgs, but that doesn't matter here, as I re-typed my message b/c I couldn't tell if the history was gone on their end.

The app is amazing. Easy to use. Unfortunately though the sound kept cutting out.

The doctor was very knowledgeable, I feel his diagnosis was spot on.

This is the first time I have ever used this app and it definitely came in handy with my two children having covid and not being able to go to the doctors

The app is convenient and safe for all parties to connect at home. It really does need access to other browsers, because Chrome is so glitchy on my laptops. Other than that, being able to connect with our doctor was great.

I am well aware of all the tech problems people seem to have with this app but I created an account added my kids, then their pediatrician, followed by the pediatrician's code and had my live appt without a single glitch. So for me was great, very useful, quick response once logged into the appointment. I would absolutely recommend it.

I tried opening the app and immediately it said to update the app. I have literally just downloaded it for the first time. I wasn't able to connect with the provider and ended up having to just talk on the phone. This app uses useless to me.

Useful but no longer works. As a parent, this app was great to input updates and being able to facetime his doctor especially during the pandemic, but unfortunately there's a bug after the last update and now I can't open the app at all. Please fix!

Frustrating experience at best. Wants to constantly update but no update available. Clunky interface. Crashes. Unintuitive. Crashes. Barely fit for it's intended purpose.

Dr. Scott was able to provide assistance and he viewed her past history which was very helpful. So thankful was able to have virtual visit

This app crashes and users get disconnected from their chat sessions....you have to login multple times. Does the chats have some kind of notification sound or alert when doctors come on? Needs some good level of improvement when comparing with other relative apps....especially when you need consistency for medical situations. Never a reviewer ...but thought i would share my thoughts this time.

Doesnt work. It froze my phone. Also they charged me $110 for one appointment for a 16 month old. Who does that.? Granite they did send me my money back as soon as I was able to cancel the visit but it took me 10 minutes to get my phone unfrozen and clear off the app and log back on it just to cancel it. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Simply useless app. I have lots of apps but this is lowest of all. It can't even accept password creation. I have lots of app password protected. However, I cant even pass the password creation screen.

The doctor was great and communicated very well with my child.

Terrible, laggy, doesn't save info if you press back, can't progress past the audio/video test screen. Ultimately had to use my laptop.

Love the app. Worked great for me.

I'm always able to visit with drs. After hours. Helps alot when you have 3 little ones.

A complete waste of time. The end result was my daughter needed to come in to be seen in the office. Maybe it is useful for questions but when your child is sick or has,an injury a televisit is useless.

The experience was easy, video chat was clear, sound was perfect. Dr. Z's feedback pertaining to our 3 babies was accurate and very helpful. Thanks Doc!

Appt. went well. Doctor Goldstein was able to work around my audio issues and answered all my questions.

Great app but ever since they did this last update it doesn't work anymore. I tried to delete it and re install it. Still can't open it.

This app is complete garbage I can't even create an account with their password 😡😡no tech support no help whatsoever and it's the only one that my service provider uses unexcusable will find a new service...........my children matter more to me than this unexcusable app that doesn't function on 3 different devices that I

Works great sometimes have to reinstall it gets an error but other than that works great, clinic lets you know what's going on and when dr is going to come on call.

had all kinds of trouble getting this to work. password didn't want to take or anything. I tried to get this app on my computer and it will not work only on my phone and my child's dr info she gave me said I can use it on my computer.
