App full of bugs, dont waste time... 1. Always asks to check internet speed even when you are connected with high speed broadband 2. After 2 hours and on to the third page, the bank statement (52 kb file) does not get uploaded and the app crashes. I had to finally give it up. 3. I wonder why they ask for 20 mobile numbers with no options to skip. i can understand 2 to 5 references max!

Worst App. Don't go with this. It will not enter you to login with the username and password. If you click on forgot password also it will not allow you. Such a disgusting app. But they charge a lot of amount as interest for late payment charges. If you can't able to login to the app how can you repay the loan? pls look into this

The process is very smooth and the support is friendly as well. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the worst UI of the app compared to V4C. It always shows something went wrong or please check your internet connection. Please resolve this issue ASAP and I will bump up my rating.

The app crashes constantly every time I try to sign in, saying "sign in expired" and I'm unable to move forward. I finished my documentation a week earlier, and now this is happening.

Pathetic app. The technical team of this app is really pathetic. The app just crashes and crashes. The app resets to home page on every step!!! Took me 30 mins to sign up. And then it reset to home page and now to logic, it just crashes.

They took my complete information for processing loan and now I am unable to even login in their App. I am struggling to just login into their app from last 3 days. I AM NOT SURE if my information is SECURE with them or NOT. My internet speed is very very good. Then, what is the exact issue.

very bad customer care as they never pick up phone...equally faulty app , i am trying to upload pdf bank statment and it crashes everytime(tried almost 50 times)..and then whrn App starts again, you have to redo everything.. guys , pls fix bugs and regularize customer care first then only it makes sense to come in Market.

Worst experience. Doesn't inform the customer about late fines and if one is late to return then they double there amount in the name of fine. Also collects one's contact details. Overall, it avails from your weakness.

Unable to pay the amount. It's showing invalid account details,which is provided in your site. Even if your app also not working. All the time it's showing Take a Deep Breath.

Have applied the loan second time but not yet disbursed. The tickets raised are closed stating the funds are disbursed. Since last 2 days. Also the collection procedure of the company is pathetic. The call done on due date should not be a threatening call. It should just be a reminder. Am going to make a Video along with the call record to ensure that the feedback is passed to everyone using this app.

Guys dont waste time on this pathetic app.. No matter how much you try you won't be able to move on to the next section. There are so many bugs in this app that each time I try to proceed to the next section it crashes and says sorry login expired... Very pathetic app. Don't waste your time.

Worst app takes almost 2hours to do the registration and i don't know why the hell you need so many phone numbers when at the end you are not able to provide loan. And i don't know what kind of internet speed it need just to upload the text. Its just a headache to do all the non sense things when at the end you are not getting anything.

The app is good but every time it shows something is error. Plz try again later. And also credit limit is very low after paying on time credit limit is not increase and also processing fees is too high... Plz reduce it

I am sorry to say but you guys are really frauds. I have cleared my dues on 5 th of September 2018 for the loan which had due date on 20 the September. It's been more than a week my transaction hasn't been updated and I am getting reminder mail. This is really disappointing. I am not going to pay the dues again unnecessarily. Update your database properly before asking extra money from your customers.

Don't take loan from moth**f****rs, even if you missed the payment only only for 1 day, they will start calling to all of your mobile contact by accessing it through app without your permission with abusive language to them, so don't even install it in your phone, still if you want to take just install it someone others phone in which no contact in phones know you, then just fill-up details using OTP from Ur phone and your I'd. So that they are can't call to your mobile contacts.

Worst customer care. no one responds to mail and call. even after transferring loan amount well in advance 2 weeks before still they message call saying payment not settled. also the mobile app is the worst crashes down now and then. i have been trying to get a response

Im installed this application and signed up today then it asks to enter password and i too entered but it loading for lots of hours. And i cancelled then i tried for few hours later it asks to enter signup i entered my pan no it shows already registered. Then i prefer sign in and entered my mobile no and password now it shows invalid details. Just irritating app. Collecting pan details and mails then shows like invalid. Better to go for other apps....

Don't waste your time. This is a very very worst app to get loan. If you can apply a loan it will be approved immediate and they told to disbursed with in a hour. Even after one week they don't credited in your account. So I simply say don't waste your time and energy try it with other apps.

They follow up with me in each and every step and gave me credit as they said. Initially the loan amount is small, but it will keep increasing based on loyalty and non delayed payment. Overall awesome app...does as it describe! Go for it guys...

It doesn't even start. It is asking email id and password and when we login it loads even when the connection is very good it says that there is an error in the connection. Seriously this is not at all good.

I would really like to give 5 however, whenever i try to login it keeps loading and only when there's a due date the app works fine or else it doesn't work at all keeps loading for an hour and so on, after it logs in then it says session expired..

They use internet technology of 1990's. It takes 30 min just to get a 6 digit otp. Application interface is very slow. Should be improved

Very useful application. I got loan from ATL. Great work team ATL. But please make the application reliable and convenient. The ATL website is ok but the application doesn't work properly. Please fix your application. Otherwise it's very good.

Worst app I came across on play store. asking so many questions and worst part is while uploading bank statement they are asking only pdf format, but in there app there is no such option for pdf. Please don't cheat people. Also delete all my documents from your system which I uploaded during my registration. Since I am going uninstall your app. Also never ever try calling me in my numbers or any others numbers that I put during registration.

hopeless service and no is bother, For approving any amount they do verification like they are approving a huge amount. But for Credit Enhancement no one is bother and every time they say that you are not eligible for the same ( Then why the hell you approve even 4000) just to Take 750/- Processing. Pathetic Service. Even App doesn't work properly, to do any thing while on app it stop. Dont know who has created this worst App
