AnyTracking GPS Tracker APP

waste of money and time. i did exactly as the video explained from A-Z ,logged in and still doesn't work, the app is so stupid as the developer, some options crashes the phone ( android) as well as iphone. 2 hours of work. i thought the app is not the right one i searched for others because no options like sms, sos, vibration or anything as what the video says. swis my a$$$

The app registration is awful. I get an error message re that I do not have a network on both my android phone and tablet connection however I do. I cannot download the app to my laptop. Customer service from swisstrack never answers their phone or messages. UGH I would like to know what other app would work with the miniswisstrak...

i installed this app for use with SwisstrackGPS tracker. the tracker is junk.....although the webiste and marketing are very convincing. i was sent an obsolete Chinese made door alarm which didn't work and didn't even look like what i ordered. i have returned this to Swisstrack for a refund although i am not hopeful. when this is received, i will update. there is no user manual for the app or explanation of functions. not happy with this at all.

Could do with some work keeps going offline then having to mess with it to sort it out. Could do with an update please

. . . no HELP menu. I have been struggling all afternoon, no help phone service. Swisstrack links you here with very vague instructions, no non existence, not a happy camper with this purchase of the Swisstrack GPS Tracker. Regrets

AnyTracking app works well, device from Swisstrack, model (RF-CAR...) using it for bike works good ,but when it's inserted, in the seat post, the device goes offline. Please advise or assist to that issue.

1. Is there a way to know how many people watching the gps device? 2. I have few devices, is there a way to see multiple devices on the map at the same time? Or at least make a device list to jump between them?!

First problem fixed now can't log on to network through app keeps telling me network failure. I can only talk directly to device through wifi only. Still not accessing network

My gps bartun 4g pet tracker has no device id on it and I just got it on Amazon. I am unable to register. I cannot use this. How do I get a device id and a username and password.

This app don't work at all you can't login without a password cannot create ,forgot password don't work, reset password don't work. Wasted $160 USD for this stupid. No contact number

Name s misleading. Not a chance of working with the tracker I use. cannot login, cannot change password, etc. Etc. Does nowt

After updating to 5.2.14, Language is changed to Chinese from English. Device is V42. No proper notice for non Chinese people.

Likely a fraudulent business, be very careful: (1) app (FAQ in Chinese) asks for all kind of permissions (phone, contacts, camera, photos) that it doesn't actually need (2) operating under shell company in Switzerland bc swiss law doesn't cover for returns in case of online purchases (3) pretending on their website things that are verifiably not true (eg "subsidized by EU" while in fact Switzerland is not even part of EU) (4) product comes in absolutely no packaging, with no instructions.

Product didnt come with clear instructions and app doesnt really help when product doesnt work

Have to login to some server side Chinese site before being able to edit the device settings. Boo.

It used to be okay, now it is failing due to network issues.
