It's my 1st time using this app, and the 1st bike is faulty plus it's parked just at the side of the road near MRT, my money just deducted eventhough I did not use that bike at all. I tried new one and checked it 1st if everything is ok, so far I managed to use it. Just hope my money can credit back to my account. Nice ride by the way.

This service is totally useless. The designated parking areas have no qr codes and the app gives penalty every time you park the bike even if you park excatly in designated area. The penalties are 5x as high as the average riding fee. The appeals get rejected although I did everything correct. This is a total scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hi, please bring back paynow option else I will have to stop using ur app since the amount of useable bike is sparse(little) and many times I have to search with difficulty for a bike. Quite often bikes turns out to be faulty and/or unable to unlock and that triggers deduction on my end. Not sure if u think credit/debit will stem out students but fun fact, most people with credit and debit card would also have paynow, not much diff.

The first few bikes were showing an error when we tried to unlock. However the bike that did unlock was a really smooth ride. Customer support was also really quick when it came to resolving a temporary parking issue.

The app works fine. It's bad that it requires Bluetooth though. It consumes a lot of the battery. Besides that I'm taking out two stars too because the bikes are simply terrible and, considering this, it's a bad cost-benefit.

Good app, can find bicycle easily and can find working bike. Maybe the locking process can be highlighted more in the beginning because i didn't know in the first ride that i need to scan the parking place each time finish cycling.

Had a bad first experience.. i didn't know that there r designated parking areas specific to this app.. I parked at a bicycle area and I was going to return it to the original place after using.. made an appeal but still rejected.. I will not use this app again.. I really like cycling, why you cannot give chance 😡😡

Could prompt the rider to a designated sheltered parking lot via Google Assistant or Citymapper voice assistant so as it is not charged to the card and no indiscriminate parking fine of SGD 5 will be levied. Should also mark out lots at convenient and scattered places around Singapore for easy locating of parking lot and easy transfer to places of amenities via sheltered route to protect against harmful UV rays from the sun and thunderstorm. Thank you.

App is pretty glitchy and didnt record my trip, which caused me to be unable to scan parking QR. Submitted an appeal but they only allowed 180 words, so I didnt get to explain that i dont have pictures because I was already on the bus...?!? Lost $5 :(

Lousy. Got the app and topped up but bicycle lock was unable to unlock. Only bicycle at the parking spot at ECP. Refused to refund due to policy even though nothing was used or spent.

Reasonable pricing. Reasonable response time when encounter issue. Will be better if there is a contact hotline for customer service.

Absolute bad service, I parked it where I picked it up and was told I was deducted $5 even tho i showed that I parked at a bicycle parking area in my picture will never use again do not get scammed by this app

Bad experience with this Burmese company. The number of repainted OFO bikes is close to zero now and I would not want to use their sub-standard fixies.

The first time I tried to unlock the bike, the lock did not open no matter how many times i tried to pull. But the app thinks the bike is unlocked, wasted my trip to submit appeal which was fortunately accepted. However even after reporting issue, they did not disable the QR code and i saw the next victim facing the exact same issue as me until i had to tell the person what to do. Also, if the app is turned on in the background, it shows some system error that blocks part of the screen

Super easy and smooth experience! Gentle reminder for riders, please rmb to park at dedicated parking place (the app will indicate the locatkon and there will be a qr code on the floor) even if you found it at a random place :)

There are barely any bikes around and the bikes are badly maintained. High chance it will fail to unlock.

I purchased season pass but cannot unlock the bike. So disappointed. I want refund..😥😥

The chinese new year icons (lantern and gold bar) were very misleading, especially for new users like me. Took me awhile to figure out that lantern icon means parking bay and not a bike. Referral code was also very hard to find. In the end, I couldn't find a bike in the area and gave up. Edit: after this review I was able to find bikes and completed some rides. Bikes are relatively new, the unlock / lock process was mostly smooth. However, some bikes lack a kickstand, so i had trouble parking

Good, easy to use. Had a 20min ride and it cost$2 for the trip. Affordable.

As compared to its competitors (that still remains), Anywheel doesn't require users to place a deposit. Instead, you make a minimum top up of $5 to start using. Rates are really cheap. Only $2 for close to 2 hours of cycling. Since I will unlikely cycle again in the near future, take it as I paid $2.5/hour. Still very cheap. The bicycle I had was in good condition, with the exception of a missing bicycle stand. A little cumbersome but no biggie.
