This app is incredibly bad. Constantly crashing and freezing, times out CONSTANTLY when trying to load the map to the point where I have to refresh 2-10 times for it to finally load, freezing on the picture part of check in to the point where I have to UNINSTALL THE APP TO GET IT TO STOP because even force stopping the app doesn't work.
Been working for Anywhere Expert for almost 2 years and have been extremely satisfied. I never have to wait long for any help from the supervisors and as car as the actual job goes they have made it pretty easy. It gives me the flexibility to provide for myself and my family without having to do the daily grind in an office outside my home. They have given me the work life balance I have wanted for a while.
Issue with the app since last update I have not been able to try the passcode more than once. I have to reinstall and sometimes that doesn't even work. Passcode will work if I call in to att
I TRIED to sign in with my Google account, nd it keeps telling me "Oh, sorry, but technical difficulties". And it won't let me sign uo through the other thingy. I am so frustrated I can't even think straight. Do not waste your time with this crappy app.
Well that was awesome. Downloaded the app, tried the gmail sign in... BAM!!!... Redirected to "this page is not working"... so, yeah, a tech support service who has serious tech support issues? Think I'll pass. Off to find something else. It's enough to even make a depressed robot shake it's head in resignation... "Farewell and thanks for all the fish..." Obviously the answer here is 404, not "42"... ok, jokes and puns done. ...For now lol
Works great, a daily workhorse app that I use for my Job at Asurion. Could use a bit of tweaks in the UI and maybe add in app settings to enable dark mode like come on its 2020 and nor dark mode.
Google sign-in does not work at all. App is also buggy and unstable, closing itself randomly.
Make sure you enjoy it while you can. After being on their waiting list for a year, worked there for a month during Sprints new s10 and Pie update that glitched. Customers complained, blamed you even if you helped them they were upset with Sprint and they think your Sprint! You will get fired for customers leaving bad reviews not specifically on you but Sprint network! When you let them know this was not fair they are cold and don't care Deactivation is final. I had a 4.38 that week 4.4 is goal.
Google sign in is broken. Failing to implement a basic feature is not a good sign for a company that relies on the internet to function.
Bad BADDDD. I'm trying to re-download because I was prompted to update and now it's just a pending download.. ..... this is suboptimal
Cave even log in. Google sign in doesn't work, and you can't get an Asurion log in without working for Asurion already. Useless app.
Forced to use Google maps for GPS. can't select any other options.
Really buggy. Doesn't give notifications and constantly lags.
Was a great and mostly easy app to use and navigate once you got the hand of it.
I've downloaded it twice and it keeps telling me "Anywhere Expert has stopped" So this is Useless

No dark mode. Slow beyond belief. But does the job I guess.

While working there it was a fantastic job. Although communication has always been an issue. Recently my account was deactivated without warning for suspicious activity while I wasn't working, was on vacation at the time. When trying to reach out, I received no response from anyone for further information, after sending numerous emails. (there isn't a number to call to speak with the managment side)
