It prohibited me from access just because my device is ROOTed! I don't wanna restore it since I am a developer. I know it is risky to use a device which is ROOTed, but I am able to control that. The app should give user a warning rather than banned user away.
Piece of garbage. Can only see balance. Keeps can't see account history - keeps spamming me with one time SMS instead.
Worst mobile banking app I've ever used it. UI needs to be improved. Account transaction history never getting displayed.

Whenever you try and view account history the app freezes and has done so for a while. Clearly shows nobody from ANZ is viewing from a user perspective or listening to feedback. Well done.
Devs who have a thing against rooted devices deserve no star.
Hangs every time I want to view account history. Unacceptable.
Can you fix the bug whereby when we click account history from the dashboard, it will prompt for otp infinite number of times? Workaround is to expand the left side menu and choose the account from that menu.

Website is impossible to use and this app is equally frustrating.. takes forever to load account transaction details... Get your digital act together ANZ!!
Tried to check account history. But it keep sending OTP, even if I already keyed in.
It keep on sending OTP but it wont go in to the account details.
Login interface did not consider space on smaller screen. Once keyboard pops up, the login interface "bounces" up, hiding userid input behind logo. And it's not possible to scroll back down. Entered login info blind and almost got logged out as I couldn't see what was entered
Wait 5 min just to load credit card history. And then just times out. Please move to the back of the queue ANZ. Uninstalled.
In the next build, do show billed and unbilled totals so that user is able to quickly check what is the total amount due for the month as opposed to a combined total.
The online xfer to other currency accounts is still not available for staff rates. Currently the only way to do that is to take permission from work at MBC to visit the branch at raffles.

Takes forever to load credit card account history. Does not link to debit card.
Functional easy to use and relevant to my needs

Finally mobile app is live.. 5 stars for banking features but UEx is poor and app is slow and some links are not working..
Can't use it because of rooted phone.. WTH. But other banking apps can be use on a rooted smartphone.
Can't access my account even though I have a account number and password. The app needs a lot of work.
Useless app. Only able to see my balance. No matter I am using the mobile app or the website, a simple request, for example to view history, take a long time to load, until i gave up on waiting and hit the home screen button. Rather worried about my details and password to be leak out since a simple app is useless and seems not helping customers.
