Payments don't show in approval panel. Always say nothing to show. It wasn't like this before? Can this be fixed? This is important feature especially when working remotely!
less that one star. hopeless. desktop works this does not. why call it something different to the desktop share investing. glad I have CBA that app is awesome.
Cannot log in. Had to stop in case it locked my account. Useless.
This is a really bad Android app, Odecee made this? You are getting ripped off, and Infosys doing React Native is just digging the grave deeper.
Can't even log in. How embarrassing for ANZ. Useless and they don't even seem to care.
Since upgrading to Android 10, the app won't open. I can only give it a one star rating.
Trying to simply log in is a lottery with this rubbish app. Called the service desk to be met by someone with no idea how to solve seemingly the most common issue. Will never join ANZ based off this app and it's failures
App will not let me log in on my android device. Constantly says contact ANZ help desk. I did so but they said they couldn't help me. Please fix ASAP.
Wont let me login, but I can login on my PC fine.
Doesn't even open on my phone. Shows a message saying I have customised my phone's operating system (I wouldn't even begin to know how!) so it petulantly concludes I might be a security risk. I live in Malaysia and am using a Malaysian phone, so I strongly suspect this is a typical bit of institutionalised Aussie racism. I.e. "If you live overseas we don't trust you"!
What is this nonsense error showing up, arguing that there is a brightness control app on my Android that creates a security risk? I dunno who your app developer is. But they don't even meet the bare requirements. Absolute disgrace.
App not compatible with newest Android update. ANZ have been aware of it for over a month, can't approve any payments for over 4 weeks by mobile. No ETA available. Poor service.
What a disgrace. How can you release an app that bad and call yourself a professional app developer! Find another career guys you are no good at this one.

Good functionality and relatively easy to use. The login process could be improved. Miles better using this as an approver / releaser and to check account balances than the desktop version!
My user is made up of 15 numbers, and have to enter character one by one how can I remember them?, it does not allow copy and paste, it's unusable for me, Rubbish.
Crashes all the time... reported several times...sure, don't have time for individuals.... living in bank's world?

Absolutely awful! Never works! Cannot login. Keep saying my login details are incorrect. Desktop version works fine. Fix it ASAP or get rid of it for good. By the looks of it, it's not just me but 90% of the user complaints about it. Is everything is Australia works at slow pace!
