frequent server errors and then retrying the same action works. caches outdated data and presents it as current. worst "upgrade" I've ever experienced, certainly for a paid service, was released before it was ready

Easy-to-use
This app rarely ever works. I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall the app and it may work for a day or two before it won't open again. Other users in my company have similar issues so we are reliant on having to be in front of a computer to authorise all payments.
