It is giving me a forbidden error code at the beginning does anybody else have this problem

Can't even log on anymore. Keeps giving a internet connection failure. Nothing's wrong with connection. Awful

Nearly every 6 weeks I have to drive ro the bank for them to set a new password up. Uninstalling and then reinstall doesn't help. It will randomly say my password is wrong. I have to go back to the bank and have them set up a temp one and then change it back to my old one. It's really annoying.

My app was ok but in the past few days I can't even log on anymore. It keeps saying there is a problem with the Internet when there isn't. It's useless to me now!

Old version was a lot better!! Why fix something when it isn't broken??!! This version doesn't show pending transactions and why are we limited to 5 transfers on mobile app?? Ridiculous!!

Can we get a thumb print log in?? It's really convenient

There isn't one thing I could say good about this app. Doesn't allow you to do half the stuff the old one did and it never updates my account in real time. The banking side of the website is horrible as well, and there's not a mobile site anymore. I'm extremely disappointed.

I hate the app. I prefer the old one. Layout was easier and I can't understand this stupid e crap to get on my account.

I feel like this should've been the app we upgraded from.... not to. It's basic functionality is significantly less that it's predecessor. I just don't understand why the old app wasn't just reformatted with the new security measures. Instead, I lost an app that I loved and in it's place is one that just frustrates me. I think AOD should've considered the old saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Learning curve plus new sign in stuff to deal with already. Looks visually less stellar than old app. Unfortunately, I think most of the terrible reviews, while harsh, are almost completely justified.

The app didnt really change at all from what i can tell. The website was what changed which made applinks n such move... All the same links are still there find them

On the older app I was able to see as many old transactions as needed. This one only goes so far. I have updated my info on the website also, so that's not the problem. It's just an awful app. Half the time it won't let you log in. Access to your account info is very limited compared to the old app. If it wasn't broke why fix it?

App is worthless. DONT DOWNLOAD JUST GO TO WEBSITE. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.

I like the old one, but the improvements are nice. This app runs smoothly and it's really easy to learn.

Can't see due dates or which loan is which. Can't save my log in information anymore and pending transactions don't show up... The app was much better before

Have to resubmit info everytime. Don't like that I can't see pending transactions. Just as easy to go to the full site instead of app. Original worked so much better

Liked the other app better! I don't know why they had to go and make a different one when the other worked way better than this one!

It is good for knowing your balances and what has cleared. Haven't been able to figure out how to deposit a check through the app. Are you able to do this?

I have tried the website & now the app. I cannot sign into my account on either and I've tried calling the office for 2 days and the phone won't even ring it just disconnects!! I loved AOD before they upgraded!!

Remote deposit anywhere doesn't work. There isn't even a way to access it.

I am about to cancel my account due to this app. This is the worse app ever. Who ever did this should be fired. It is not user friendly and takes too long to set up. I still may change bank based on the app alone. Bottom line I don't like it and I don't keep thing I don't like. Your loss

Took something good and turned it into crap

I don't hate it like some on here, but it isn't great either.
