Take care of health insurance claims quickly and easily

In just a very few simple steps you can sent us your health insurance claims. You can use the app whenever and where-ever you want. You can sent us a picture of your invoice, which you can select from your gallery. It’s also possible to take a picture from an invoice and sent it instantly to us. Or you could upload a PDF file. We will take care of the rest.
Depending on the language settings of your phone the app will support you in Dutch and English.

• You can upload and claim a maximum of 4 invoices at the same time. These invoices can belong to other insured parties (on your policy).
• We will send a confirmation to your email address after receiving your invoice(s).
• We strive to pay healthcare invoices within 5 working days.
• For any additional questions you can contact our customer service. You will find the number in the app.

Comparing to apps of other healthcare insurances the amount of functionality is amazingly low. Interestingly this was already mentioned in another review 4 years ago, where the developer mentions that they will be updating the app very frequently with more features... The last update was in 2020 whilst we are in 2022 🤷‍♂️.

I had the IAK app and had to change after the merger. I dislike that I no longer have access to the European health care cards of the family or the policy information. I cannot understand how to submit a bill knowing it is me as I don't have to log into the app. So security is based on what security I use for my phone...

Image insert crop issue. App does not allow to select field of picture and crops random leaving out important info from receipt/invoice. As a result the claim is rejected because of missing info. Kindly fix it to select area manually.
