AOT - Airport of Thailand

Very bug, always close. Force to register. Have data only some airport. Have to install other app for return flight because that airport not in the list. Uninstall.

App was working okay, but now not even able to login after updates. developers mess.. Even not able to contact developers, because their mail servers don't support TLS. Get yourself professional help to work on your issues. After update again no login possible and also password reset did not work. Now they present an entry screen for a 6 digit PIN, but don't send the PIN to the given email address. Unbelievable. Just now PIN delivery works. They earned a second star. 😐

Very poorly made app that Crashes far too frequently. Also, as an airport app this app (and many others) should REALLY REALLY have COVID-19 information and airport guidelines that are EASILY available for everyone who uses the app.. Not just those who register on it.

Couldn't add my flight or fill out the TM.8 form for domestic travel. Really a waste of time

Awful. App requests an otp during registration. Once I navigate to my e-mail to collect the code and then return, the box for entering the code disappears. I try again & no otp arrives. Try a new email address and still no otp. Also, the count down timer for entering the otp just stops part way through the count down.

Very messy app and hard to understand. Used for Corona quarantine and still no help just to fill in TM8 again and no confirmation or directives. Worst still is crashing all the time and now I can't start up again.

sign up process tell me there is account on system but i cannot forget password .. uninstall this app is my last option :)

Unable to even open the app. Have tried to uninstall and redownload for several times and it still happens. It's really necessary for me. Please fix this up.

Impossible to fill out the Covid-19 form. Date of birth is mandatory but the APP crashes every time I click upon the drop-downs. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Slow, irritating app that resets when you accidentally touch the screen, doesn't have English for all drop downs. Slow to download.

Best travel assistant application , Explore feature is too much help me too see restaurant, in door map is verygood.😍

I saw many updates recently but the App still can't be opened, just keep bounce up and then disappear every time I try to open it. Please Fix!!!

Tried to register. Said my email address was already in use. Never used this app before. So skipped registration to look around. App crashed. Now will no longer load and keeps crashing.

Awful. The T8 form is available only as thai version. It took me plenty of time to translate it in english and be able to fill it.

When try to upload photos and do verification the app shut down all the time. I'm not sure if I can fill out the form at this point.

This app keep shutting down itself multiple times. It really needs to be upgraded and fixed.

Stupid unworkable sh**ty app compared to other QR checkers. It has to been done with more friendly UX and at least supported help. Sorry, its very bad.. As usual from Thai for foreign people :(

I can only give one star for an app that keeps on crashing everytime you open it. It was okay before this. Must be the new update.

Terrible. Can't save anything. Have to start again when opening your phone again. A rush job.

App is slow so bad that it is impossible to use. Im always stuck on a loading screen

Very poor design app. It just makes things complicated without any concerns for the user.

I wish there was a separate app to submit the COVID-19 Passenger form. I don't really need a Thai airports app.
