APA Scorekeeper

The coding in this app is atrocious! I can't think of a more buggy piece of trash than this. Please fix this app or hire someone else who can. Problems with errors and freezing across multiple members weekly. No longer prompts to release scorekeeping from another who requests it. Have had to result to paper scoresheets more than a few times during a session of regular play because the app just flat out won't work.

I really enjoy the game of Billards Pool, 8 ball or 9 ball. We all hate having the issues of any app. I hope this update helps with getting the scoring done without anymore issues. The Fox

Works fine with Galaxy S8 and One Plus 8T. Sucks on Fire HD 10 (9th Gen). Is there a list of compatible devices and OS versions? If y'all need testers out in the field, hit me up. Also, is there a way to edit a 9ball match mid match, as in being able to move a ball either between players or if needs to be dead or accidentally killed? Sucks having go back several turns.

Well another Thursday and not able to get in, always a problem with the server. Always try to get on early before start time. When playing 9 ball on Tuesday the app would totally disappear from the screen and it takes a while to come back up while play is continuing.

Worked grood for awile, been very frustrating as of late. It freezes up and crashes constantly. Seems to be worse when scoring 9ball. This app should really be available to use offline, you should really only need to be online to open up a match/scoreheet and then submit the scores. Needing to be online for the whole night is excessive.

Too hard to keep when two matches are being played at the same time. Most teams don't stay until the end as they have work the next day. The only other resolution would be to not play both tables but then you're not leaving until well after midnight. I've had to stop keeping score more than once and go back to using the hand written paperwork.

Works well when it works. I wish I was easier to edit during the match when needed. Why does it not let us see historical matches? I can keep screen captures of matches, but once the match is submitted it disappears.

App signs me out during middle of scoring in 9 ball. We tried different tablets and phones. Used to work, but since latest update our league members have had a ton of issues.

Been using my android tablet for a long time. Now i cant open the app message is sorry scorekeeper stopped working i have reloaded it tried everything any ideas?

Every week it always starts ok then as the night goes on the APP drags and freezes . Last week it froze and I couldn't finish the matches. And I couldn't send in the scoresheet, I just tried Uninstalled and re installed it, now it won't let me log in.

I cannot use the app at all. The app won't open, it stops responding before the app even opens. I have updated, Uninstaller and reinstalled on my tablet several times and it still doesn't help.

App continuously locks up and crashes, also once you pick your players on lineup there's no way to undo it before the match begins

Update....since the 12/20/2021 update, it will not run on my hd 7 tablet anymore. It starts to load then disappears. Tried reboot/uninstall-reinstall/reset of tablet all of which did not solve it. Very frustrating, as it was working flawlessly til that update

Worked well until a couple weeks ago. Now it won't sign in at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but can't get to a login page. 1 star for now. Galaxy S20 ultra. Edit. App was updated and worked better. Started off the night having to go back over rethrowing the first match several times after every point scored. Switched to a different user and the problem went away for the night. Other than that initial glitch it worked fine!

While it does simplify some aspects of scorekeeping, it makes correcting user errors more difficult. With a scoresheet and pencil, inevitable mistakes are handled with an eraser. Much harder with an app that complicates correcting errors. And, more significantly, the app is very buggy. Last night, scored our first 9-ball match, but then suddenly would not load successfully when trying to open for 2nd match. Rebooting did nothing, problem persisted. Eventually corrected by logging out and back in again. Why did that matter? Who knows. Then it worked for a while, until scoring another match, and it got into a state where clicking on button indicating that the rack was over just reloaded same screen, without changing state of app. Rebooting didn't help. Passing off match to teammate did nothing, problem simply moved to his phone. Had to finish scoring using paper and pencil. Paper and pencil worked fine, zero bugs.

The app is plagued with latency issues and it isn't the mobile network. Constantly freezing and skipping matches. I was very excited to be able to finally use the app but with such poor functionality it's hard to not want to resort back to paper. Get more servers and increase the speed its going to get worse as more leagues come online.

App will not log me in, keeps taking me back to log in/coin flipping page. I installed and uninstalled to reinstall several times. I also called and left a message for technical support.

i downloaded it for my acer chromebook and i cant get it to open. it shows for me to login i login and then takes me right back to login in page. if anyone to help me let me know. i can download it on my phone it works great . now we are having to use it it so i want to use my comp but it wont let me.

I appreciate how easy it is to keep score and submit to the league. 1. I would like to check which one of the players are in attendance. 2. Zoom in or increase font size, as needed. 3. When scoring 2 matches, able to toggle between both, even if one game is during time out. 4. Score multiple matches from the dashboard (instead of closing one match and opening another) 5. If time out is approaching a minute, alert or flash light so known time is almost up 6. Ability to edit innings by typing

Scorekeeping is easier on the app, BUT...latency issues are prevelant, and in other leagues, the shooters can see ALL matches in a division for the night (Live).

Worked for about 3 weeks. Tried Uninstall and reinstall still nothing. Doesn't even load the dashboard. Just a loading screen. Don't forget your paperwork.

Horrible the worst app ever. Logs out easily 50 plus times a night completely draining a fully charged battery doesn't matter if on mobile data or wifi its the same results

way too slow, freeze a lot. sometimes a "dead ball" returns to life without notice. the decision to host on local servers was a bad one, too much latency, no ability to scale as load increases. Real time is nice when it works but updating is a heavy load on servers and network alike. Could just as easily been done with update at end of match or on demand.

Love the app except the inability to go back and look at what you previously submitted. We still do the paper versions since there are times when the connections get slow; afraid we could totally lose power therefore lose the matches not submitted. It would be nice to be able to just save as you go without submitting.

Would be nice to have an option for exibition matches for practice

Garbage app. Zero stars. Never works during league regardless of who's phone or service plan. Months on end now.

Terrie app and it's generally pointless. It works less by the day and no updates in sight, rather have the pen and paper back.

I prefered keeping score on paper. This app is full of frustrating bugs and reduces my enjoyment of pool league.

ALWAYS "hangs up" at some point during a match, no matter whether on wi-fi or 5G cell service with 5 bars.

The app worked perfectly for me until the update. Now i am stuck on the flipping coin log in screen. I cant get past it. I have tried: uninstall then reinstall, clear cache/ data, changing password, hard reboot. All of the above several times. I have plenty of storage. My phone is an LG G8 ThinQ. Got any ideas? Oh and i do have the latest OS version.
