Apache Pizza App

Look, I love Apache. I order them at least once a week, I think they are priced fairly, and their food is very tasty. But this app is just completely pointless. It adds nothing when compared to the regular website and in fact is missing some features like changing the size of a pizza in a meal deal. Perhaps a reduction in delivery costs or getting rid of the service charge in the app (at the cost of an ad or two) would be worth considering Apache Pizza is wonderful, but this app is redundant

Just a wrapper for the webskte. Difficult to use. Empties basket when switching from delivery to collection. When checking out, "no internet connection" error on final step. Order still goes through and email sent but no confirmation in app. Same error when trying to check previous orders. Sometimes doesn't register points from order to Loyalty program.

Just ring them up instead. This is literally the worst app imaginable, the interface is so awkward to use. A simple order of a two pizza deal was messed up, I spent ages creating two separate pizzas and instead only one came and another was plain margarita. Very disappointing especially when you're hungry. Never going to use this app again and I recommend everyone else the same. Useless.

The new update is the worst thing I have ever seen, the old layout was much more easier to navigate, also the app doesn't allow for more toppings etc on create your own pizzas, very disappointed in what the apache app has come to, I used to love ordering apache, food was great, service was brilliant, I could customise my pizza exactly as I wanted, now the app is a mess, runs very slowly, it has crashed twice, I'm not mad, just severely disappointed.

One of the worst apps I've used. To be clear this is a review of the app, not the pizza. The pizza tastes good. The app is not a native Android app. It wraps the website. The ROI and UK versions of the site need to be combined. I am unable to login via Facebook. I am unable to make an account because it doesn't like my password despite it showing that I have met all required password criteria. I am unable to confirm the delivery address because the OK button is covered by the main row of buttons

A very cheap looking UI. Looks like it was designed 5 years ago. Also, to go through the whole signing in, ordering and to be told at the very end they are having card payment issues didn't help. They sent me to Just Eat, who's UI is nice and slick and from the present not the past.

Please update your app. I just ordered a pizza with no cheese and had to go back after adding to my basket to make it thin, only for it to Re-add the cheese. I also put a note for the store to make sure no cheese was added. It arrived with cheese. I can't access my profile also. Update the app as this is the 3rd time it has happened

Worked great for a while, even though the store would call to say that delivery is €3 extra than the quoted delivery price in the app. Then all of a sudden it stopped working completely, "Network Error" on Wi-Fi or mobile data despite strong internet connection. Very disappointed and will be going elsewhere!

Don't know what happened, used to be fine, but now the worst app I have ever used, can't pay properly, half of the menu not even an option, can't select menus, resets delivery addresses, and text boxes open randomly across pictures and drop down boxes, awful.

Functional but a little awkward, minimum order of €10 is awkward when your order is €9.99 Also, when orders are made something about 'pizza points' comes up and I think it's supposed to link to something about registering but it doesn't load properly and just has an option to close the menu.

Literally would turn you off ordering from here because of the app. Pizza is good but it's a problem trying to order it. Wouldnt let me edit my pizza toppings then I was trying to sign in and wouldnt recognize my password then I removed my password and then it let me log in. The whole interface needs re-doing more user friendly just look how competitors are doing it. Also bring back 10euro large pizza deal. The new "ultimate deal" isnt so ultimate for a customer, maybe for the company instead.

There is a bug in the application when using the coupon for the price of € 15.99 - 2 pizzas, when the pizzas are cut in half, they are automatically marked with mushrooms and onions and cannot be removed. Supposedly, a second pizza for € 2. But these two pizzas have a minimal amount of toppings, so they are very small and you won't get enough. You only get one sauce for two pizzas! 2 pieces of sauces are not enough for one, let alone two

I see this this app getting lots of bad reviews, so I was very skeptical about using it. Much to my surprise the app worked perfectly. I do think the app layout could be improved! But, I did manage pretty easily to order my food. It was two different pizzas with different toppings and it was done very easily. All in all I would consider using this app a pleasant experience.......... Lovely food too !

Had to sign up and re-register all my details again even though I have an apache account since 2015. my email address wasnt recognised and I can prove I've ordered again and again with same email. Then it wouldnt take my order, kept saying "unfortunately" every time I tried to add items to my cart. Got it after x3 attempts of going in and out of app took 20 mins though. not pleased. Bring back Pizza Hut to Cork!

Completely incompetent developers. If you manage to place an order, the store likely won't even receive it. Better off ordering over the phone, save yourself a completely unnecessary 50c additional charge. Also doesn't accept card payments anymore. Well done, Kong Digital. Truly useless.

Terrible, absolutely terrible! The app has become such a hassle to use, not user friendly at all! Made an order and at the end it only accepts cash! How is it possible to go from an app that was perfect to this! Needs to change.

The most useless app ever by Apache. Change whoever our app developers are. Puts in my address automatically but then doesnt recognise it when putting order through, put it in manually and still doesn't recognise it even with eircode. Doesn't send email password reminder even when it says email is registered. Doesn't recognise an Irish landline number only mobile numbers. Can't be bothered with App anymore so just calling shop directly. I suggest if you want to order from Apache, Ring directly!

Nightmare... this app is a disaster, unlike the previous one. Slow and takes long to load. Can't customise all pizzas, can't order a delivery from some places. can't make online payment, moving over the map is a pain.

Old app was fantastic, New app is a shambles. Can only imagine it's a cost saving exercise from Apache. I haven't ordered from Apache since the app change. It's terrible. According to the reviews alot of other people have avoided apache too so they must be losing serious business. The ease is gone.

Amazingly it has got worse under the new developer. Couldnt order what i wanted. Then my order was wrong. Wouldnt let me register my email so I used a different one yet it sent the order email to the one it wouldnt accept! so i missed that the order was wrong. Luckily I rang the shop as my pizza was just coming out of the oven. 20 minutes before the app said it would be ready.

This app is rubbish, the website said there were deals available on the app , there weren't. It was in fact the exact same annoying user unfriendly interface as the mobile website. It was so hard to navigate we gave up and got dominos instead.

The previous app was poor but this one is worse. Such a disappointment. We used to order regularly now we go elsewhere. Life's too short to navigate this! July 19 Recently installed the latest version, all issues were addressed and we're now using the app again. Changing review from 1 to 4. Great stuff.

Absolutely horrific. Spent 20 minutes trying to get the order through. Staff refusing to take the order in-store. In the end it worked by choosing delivery instead of collection. I don't need delivery but I have to pay for it? Apache, you're one order away from losing a loyal customer

The old app was better to use and far more easier. I can't even click anything since the new update and takes ages to load if it does. Doesnt even include the full menu. Disappointed.

Older app was far superior but the new one is terrible, whoever created this updated app needs to be taken out back for a severe... firing. I could go into all of the reasons why it's so bad but my favourite is that you can sign in as a manager right there on the app if you know their code. I won't and have yet to order from apache again until this app dies. It has lost them considerable amounts of business based on other reviews as well, RIP.

So hard to actually order from this app, so hard to add personalized pizza to order, I've given up, again. I don't know why I keep trying

Can't add anything to the order. When try to customise or do half and half pizzas the add button is obscured and there's no way to reach it. Works if you uses Google chrome instead and just forget about the app
