Visitor notifications are rejected in Android. Please fix this asap as it creates a lot of confusion with security and courier people. Device: oneplus 6T
Almost a useless app. I use it only for payment of society dues since UPI is only available on Mobile app. Rest of the features seem as if they have been built by College students on mandatory internship.
I'm not even receiving an otp to register . All permissions have been set in the settings. It's quiet frustrating
What a wasteful app....none of the dropdowns/controls are working while searching and adding a society. The app failed on the first step of using it and not able to proceed...
Updated app. When visitor comes to gate and may be phone screen in locked state, app shows notification only for 2-3 sec to allow visitor and the screen goes off. Very short time to react. We could be other room. Even when phone is beside just to read the visitor takes so much time. So need to approve in hurry without scrutiny. Which is security threat to society. After pressing power on off button and allowing visitor doesn't approve. Then annoying IVR call comes on all registered phones.
Kindly enable credit cards payment on the app. This is very crucial. Also please enable net banking and payment through wallets.
Why do we need to select back twice to exit??? Then also exit doesn't happen easily, the app loads prev screen and the green exiting bar stays on the screen for sometime even app exited. Not a good behavior.
lots of issues. 1. usability is way below standards. eg. to choose a caledar month and year 5 years back we have to press 60times. 2. vehicle number of unit cannot be added unless parking slot is selected which may not always be needed if parking is part of villa. 3. vaccination cert - if second dose is selected by user, then the app should understand that both doses are taken. This is not the case. There is no alert if user enters 2nd dose without first. For a user centric design see Vodafone
What a waste, late notification, unable to load chats, app crashes, what not. This is after giving all kinds of exceptions be it battery/ power saver exclusion etc..
Edit (2021): The recent update has made the app even worse! The icons are so jarring and distracting and you can't find any information conveniently. if the names or details are long, you can't see the end or click on them. Worst "update" ever! I will be more than happy to have a chat with the team to go through all the features one at a time... The app is very cluttered and difficult to navigate. Lots of duplicity under various tabs.
The new UI is so bad that the app gets stuck on the splash page- yes, that's right, the app is unusable. What's the point os a flashy UI if it doesn't work. Check latest reviews of the app to know that almost everyone is suffering from this issue. [Update]: Even after updating to the latest version, same problem persists. Infact, even using email is preferable to this option.
What a great surprise! The new look and feel fianlly compelled me to come here and leave a review after using the app for years. The update was not expected but quite useful. The UI is clean and pretty, navigation took a few mins to figure but a breeze after that. Still exploring some features, but so far everything is working as expected.
Old version was easy to use and had chat option. This new version is not user friendly and missing few features which was present in previous version and those were key features
Whenever I do payment, after payment it says payment failed and then wait for few hours for pending payment confirmation. Even after months, still same issue with app. Payment flow is not at all reliable. Don't waste time in asking email or mobile to see log, instead please look at your payment flow.
Very bad. I have been getting calls from maingate even after deleting this app. Big headache with this app
Ui is good but UX needs a huge improvement. Top level menu items are un-intuitive, too many levels of nesting. Say someone posted something on Buy&Sell and it appears on my feed, if i tap on Buy&Sell i would expect it takes me to a "see all" sort of screen for all the posts under "buy&sell". Instead it takes me to the person's profile. This is not a social media app. This is a utility app. If I'm inviting a visitor and i choose a contact from my contacts list, it just appends the entire contact.
Updated version look & feel is very cluttered. No ease of navigation between various topics of discussion. Please revert back to old format. Thanks The new 'updated' version (October 2021) is even more cluttered, jarring & non-user friendly than the previous version. AC's updation seems to beat the basic requirement of keeping an app simple, with easy user interface. No search option for topics in notices or community posts. Again, thanks for making our app life difficult!
useless app i had a login earlier once the update happened it has bugs keeps sending useless notification
Earlier I had optioned to send invoice on my email after paying maintenance but sent to email not coming.
Funny story: My building raised maintenance bill for me. While making the payment, I intended to pay with UPI but accidentally clicked credit card. Now in such a case, someone would normally click the back button to cancel the transaction and retry. But we have this innovative app, which has updated the due amount to zero. Now I have to wait till their 'verification' is complete. Seriously!!!!! Well done developers!!
Raise complain option is not visible always, it seems admin can hide the complain option, which should not be the case as it takes away power from the user.

Apna Complex seems to be researching on how to get bad to worse user interface Very poor user interface! Message forums not properly organized.Difficult to follow threads which are highly debated and commented. Critical Posts which are being debated and commented are thrown deep inside garbages. In earlier version it used stay on top making more people to easily interact. Now people have to dig through the garbages to get to the trending posts! Horrible will be an understatement!
Everyday app is becoming worst than bad.... App doesn't load for first instance, for one visitor approval i have to approve 4 times. The app is having limited features, but what causing for not maintaining well.
Pretty good so far. Some options like inviting a friend / guest could be more intuitive. I have had trouble getting an audio notification from the main security gate on my phone. Apart from these two issues, my experience has been pretty good.
Older version was really user friendly. This is way too bad. Not getting notifications properly. No chat option. Very bad ui
for last three weeks, the app is just not starting. i have updated it every time but no help, i dont understand whats wrong with it?
Such a pathetic app. Always with one or other bugs. Many a time you won't get the visitor notifications. Almost all the times, it will fail when you first try to make the payment. You need to go for multiple attempts. You cannot retry a failed payment for hours, until it is reset by the application after sometime. Outrageous charges when you pay using your credit or debit card. Only way to pay your payments without charges is via UPI, that too will be successful only after many attempts.
Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Terrible UI, cant find anything easily. App takes ages to open.
This app is more of advertisement rather than an apartment utility app. I get confused everytime that to where to search for apartment related stuff. Too many ads and unwanted stuff. Worst app.
