Rated 1 star as I am not able to login after several password resets and hard reset...Sent an email to APP's email address and will revisit this rating after positive response from APP team and response should be ASAP....Thanks.
It will never let my log in and never sends an email to reset password to try to log in.
I downloaded this app at the suggestion of my apt community. I'd read the other reviews about not being able to log on. I had the same problem, but I emailed customer service and they were so prompt and polite. My issue was fixed in no time. I didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't been using it for any length of time, but I'm very pleased at the level of service I've received thus far.
Same problem as the other person. The app will not allow me to login. Even tried resetting the password, and creating a whole new account. Nothing! I am a courtesy officer for a complex that just started using this, and I cant even create an account.
Company has been awesome, suggested a few alterations and they couldn't have been more helpful. Your community must be subscribed to enable access. V useful tool.
After creating a login several times, I am still unable to log on. Junk.
Can't even log in. Pos. Lets me create an account but not log into anything else. Waste of my time. And FIFTY DOLLARS CONVIENCE FEE TO PAY RENT ARE YOU SERIOUS WHAT A JOKE. THIS IS THE OPTION THEY ARE GIVING ME. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!??!? I WOULD RATE IT LESS IF I COULD.
