The app was super helpful with pulling rentals wherein the contacts actually respond and for the most part the listings are very current. The map feature isn't the best because it doesn't allow zoom in/out. So you better be very familiar with neighborhood streets or type address into another maps app for use of zooming feature.
This app don't work I have pushed a button to try and get in touch with any landlords so far no emails from anyone don't think this app works
Things were looking good since I was coming across properties that I hadn't seen on other real estate apps. The reason for that was, and despite me putting in a "dogs ok" search filter, a lot of the results I received were not actually pet friendly. Get that right, get a better rating.
This app isn't really that good. It's just hard to find something better. So much is dumb about the app. Low amount of filter choices. Alerts of new properties that go to a different city than was on the alert. Hard to use map view. Many other issues.
Having the same issue as others. I keep receiving new york listings. I live in TEXAS. I get a notification saying that new Dallas listings are available to view. But when I click on it, I get redirected to NYC. No matter what I do, it takes me to NYC listings. This app is flawed and needs to be updated
Total garbage. Crashes every time I open a saved search. When I click on notifications for saved searches, it just brings me to a default search for NYC. I've never searched for an NYC rental and I don't care so stop showing me that.
When you click on Push notices that are alerting a new listing in a specific search range that I have previously identified (Dallas tx area) do not link to the alerts. The push alert when clicked on always goes to an unfiltered search FOR NEW YORK which has never been an area or even state that I have searched.
It's next to Impossible to find a single family home with the parameters that I set. Even when I change the margins this app comes up with absolutely nothing and it doesn't seem to matter what area I look in!
When I send a message to say that I'm instead in a property and when I go back to look at it again I don't see the ad anymore. I don't even see it as SOLD
I am looking for something that when I search for a application dosnt give a room. That is bs. Too many apartments without photos
Was impressed! This app privided information on exactly what I was looking for and I did find my new lake front home and couldnt be happier!
Very frustrating app to use when you are not interested in apartments. Sponsored listings for apartments come up first even when you filter them out of your search.
I love this app it's easy to use. but lately certain listings will not open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still cant open all.listings
Very glitchy- Alerts tell me I have new listings on a saved search area but always opens to New York listings which are not even in the same part of the country as my saved search.
Its not as it use to be. Realtors and app aloud houses to stay in the market or app for 5-6 months. Its hard to go see a house and not only one but like me 6 and they all had contracts and 2 where rented since April and we are in January 2021
Horrible, none of the properties that showed on the app were available. The contact number was for a realtor who is retired. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.
Hopelessly broken. App says new rentals in Arizona, I click on the message and it shows me listings in Manhattan NY. Worthless.
The app is great, but I'm being scammed by someone who doesn't know I do my homework...be careful...not everyone is honest! I wish there was someone I could relay this information to.
Unable to open listings in map view.
I get notified of rentals in the area I'm looking at but when I click on the link, it takes me to some random address in New York. Going to delete app.
Every time i try to view a property, it tells me theres a problem getting the property details and to try again later.

I keep getting emails for houses for sale but I've CLEARLY stated that I'm looking for a rental. I DON'T APPRECIATE THE WASTE OF TIME.
I like the app but it's very buggy. When looking at rental property, previously viewed homes magically reappear the next time I fire up the app as do homes I've set to "don't want to see". So over the past month I've looked at the same 100 or so houses in my search area over and over again. SUPER FRUSTRATING! I've even got a new phone during this time and emptied cache in the app. There also needs to be a filter available to set to search for either 1 "or" 2 story houses.
