Love how I can save whatever Apartments on here and do my applications with no problem.
Aspen falls apts had me use this app to put an application fee down. The manager didn't have the apt in time, and told me he would refund and never did. There is no way to contact the apps merchant services, DO NOT TRUST THEM! I'm sick with MS and now bedbound and they stole money I couldn't afford to lose. From what I've read they are taking advantage of the weak and elderly. Stay away.
its a good app but you need to put the price of the bedrooms. right now it just says "starting from" and stating that they offer up 4 bedrooms
None of the property information is accurate during the search results.
This app and Aspen Falls apartments took my money. The Chris the manager of the apartments told me he would refund if he didn't have the apartment in time. I have the email. He never refunded and there is no one to reach at rent cafe. Thanks for robbing a person disabled and bed bound who barely gets by as it is. Shame on you. You shouldn't even get one star or be allowed to be a merchant.
Could not find my property after I registered as a resident, so there was no way to pay my rent through the portal.

the first move in my mother and I played 385.00 plus 300.00 for holding fee. section 8 also paid at least 200.00. The carpet should have been replaced sure it was clean ,however a week after moving in carpet was worn down.. also kitchen dirty there was grim everywhere! we had a 10 day move out inspection it was said minor!! I'm being charged almost 18,000 for damage? we my son had insane complaints never had we had complaints ever until station 9.. we pay the office for water I found that stati

All lies says verified listings but every apt i apply for tell me y'all prices is wrong the price be like 300 bucks more than what the app shows. Uninstalled. And I contacted the BBB for false advertising
The filters do nothing, I selected 2bed/2ba and it shows me only 1bed. Waste of my time.
This app doesn't refresh properly. Definitely does not work as well as the desktop site.

Not bad! Users should be aware though that this is not the app you pay rent on. That one is Rent Cafe Resident, also - prices shown are only MARKET RENT... Apartments run specials all year round. They only charge those prices if your late on rent or evicted. You have to call them to get the actual unit pricing. Needs more of a selection though.
Server error every time time I try to use the app after the download. Socks! If I wanted the desktop version I wouldn't have downloaded it in the first place.
Doesn't have great listings
Terrible. It doesn't even allow you to pick more than one type of Rental, you have to pick Apartment, Home, Condo...but you can't view all 3 if you're interested in it. Also when it pulls up every Available rental the area you're interested in, it doesn't LIST them. You literally have to click each listing on a map to view it. Terrible App!
